Our offense has so much success being run a certain way. Then certain games daboll comes in with the mindset that we can't do what we've been doing all along and we have to do something different. This is a big time flaw that has hurt us more than once
Exactly....I think daboll got kind of lackadaisical after the success last year. We know we have the talent,. So if the job isn't getting done look at the person calling the plays
No, he just has to be efficient and aware of the game situation. Yes, as far as it was on him to win via points, but method wise, last night called for being methodical and efficient more than being superman.
and yet........ that drive all he had to do was take the middle of the field..take the easy completions against a team that was missing starters all over the secondary and run the clock down. if your a race car drive and lead the entire pack for 99 out of a 100 laps but the last one you decide to go balls the wall and slam into the wall....its still not smart choice.
as its been said..for the most part he played great...but...when your D is worthless and its the end of the game...that drive was crucial and he just threw it away.
he definately had a game plan, it just wasnt as effective as he would have liked...or...150k fans... they need to get better at analyzing things
during the game and making changes, and not repeating the same mistakes.
why would you run to the left at a critical time when it had already failed earlier?... go where the meat of your blockers are. i think even if dawkins held his
ground Josh wasnt getting in there because the force of the D is pushing towards the center and closing that gap.
its like pre deterimine which teams they are going to bring pressure before and....and its an absolute. against baltimore last year....we blitz almost every down and im sure there were a couple games this year as well.... thats what happens when you dont totally trust your D in certain matchups... tonight was Henry. The sad
thing is you can play a safe D and still get killed. we seen that against KC 3 games in a row and finally decided to change things up and it worked. Tonight was like
we were playing KC again and just play contain.
once fans get something in their head its ingrained...its like josh allen is inaccurate.. ive always said that Tannehill is a different QB with a running game.
