No. Jokiharju is a non-starter for me. No way I trade him right now. Kid has been unbelievable. I’d do something around Mittelstadt and a pick, but that’s about as far as I’d go. We don’t have the depth to trade multiple young players and Hall will be 29 to start next season. I don’t really see Botterill giving up prime assets for Hall though. From what I’ve read I think he will test free agency. I would absolutely be interested in Hall in free agency, and maybe the Krueger connection will pay off there.... It would make things tougher down the road though, especially with already having Skinner at $9M and Eichel at $10M, because Hall is definitely getting $10M x 7 (give or take) and we will have some young guys to pay (Reinhart this offseason, Dahlin in another year, etc). If Hall is legitimately interested in Buffalo in free agency, I think you have to at least inquire, right?

No. Shaq said that the Bills not picking up his 5th year option was a big wake up call for him. I’m not sure if he’d be the s motivated if the Bills has rewarded his previous lackluster seasons with a huge raise (5th year option was $10M or so iirc).

Shero is definitely loyal, to a fault I think. Look at Bylsma... It’s a shame because he seems like a decent GM, and added quite a bit of talent to the NJD without giving up anything too major.

What a shot by Olofsson! Wow. I honestly don’t understand how John Hynes still has a job at this point. Maybe this game will be the final straw? NJ looks awful. They have some talent, too. They shouldn’t be this bad. Right now they look like one of buffalo’s tank teams. The only reason I can think of why Shero may not be too anxious to fire the coach is there could be some good coaches available this offseason (Laviolette, Boudreau, maybe Julien, etc). But an interim coach doesn’t stop you from hiring a top tier coach in the offseason. You'd think Shero would want to try something to salvage this season and get Hall more interested in signing an extension.

I don’t know if a patriots loss helps or hurts the Bills, but for once I don’t care! I’m just enjoying seeing the pats lose! ?

Eagles just exploited a weakness and the Bills couldn’t answer. They played well that day and caught the Bills. They deserved that win. That one doesn’t bother me. But that Browns game is the one that still stings. That’s a game the Bills should have won. It was there for the taking. We were the better team that day IMO.

I wouldn’t call that roughing the passer. I’d call it a tackle. Questionable call, especially so late in the game.
