The Bills could've used a lobotomy on Thursday.
Yeah they might have done better with a lobotomy LOL
-
Simms was just praising Jacksonville for getting Dareus. And Boomer Esiason commented "Bills could have used a run stopper Thursday night".
-
Man that's TRASH defense. complete utter non existing defenses on both sides.
-
wow is that true what color analyst said, Rudolph was inaccurate only on the last pass? I mean that was WILDLY inaccurate. I'm going to rewatch this game to eyeball these QBs.
-
Wow that guy had 2 steps to pull back. instead he went for the head. that's a dirty play. TWO STEPS.
-
Man those OSU wideouts they are just jogging out there. didn't give their QB any chance to make a safe throw.
-
oh **** I didn't know Mayfield's on the other side LOL. man this is like the old air battle games isn't it.
-
Just watching last couple of plays of OSU game. His throws to the sideline, 12-15 yard patterns the balls are a bit slow getting there. Not really impressed with that zip. Though analyst did say he has lost some zip in his arm and may be having an arm problem. I hope that's what it is.

This man it on the head:
"Vary" is the word when it comes to Tyrod.

McDermott wasnt clapping
That's why we lost. He's to blame 100%!!!

Hang on. One of our biggest issues last night was that the Defense couldn't stop the run. Stopping the run used to be the STRENGTH of this defense this year. Until we traded Dareus. We missed Dareus the most last night. With Kyle getting old, this was my worry. Washington hasn't really stepped up his game as a DT. Other guys just aren't showing it. We were a force inside with Kyle and Dareus. Ends and LBs just had to clean up after that. So part of the blame goes to Beane too.
And don't just blame the offensive coordinator. Rico's bad but Frazier was horrible too.
McDermott is the leader, he is to blame 100%
And this.
So accountability:
Rico 20%
Frazier 20%
Beane 10%
OL 20%
QB 5%
Defensive front 7 25%
McDermott 100% - because he is the HC. Accountability is 100% on him.
-
we can't keep trading away players and expect to keep winning.
-
So, do we miss Dareus or what?
-
you never heard? dilly dilly is what you do to a girl's fun parts with your fingers! lol
-
Ok, I admit it. We whiffed on this one.
-
This is pretty easy. Keep him whether we draft a guy or not until the backup is ready to start.
-
From a Panthers fan:
well we were in that position early in pre-season. It's hilarious reading their board. BUT they do have cap issues, etc. that I listed in my posts.
-
How fast can Benjamin get a copy of the playbook and learn a few plays!?
I want this cowboy catching the ball on Thursday night.
Hopefully they keep it really simple for Tyrod and Benjamin, at least at first.
I'm sure it's been emailed to him LOL. everything's digital now.
-
This is kind of another FU to Whaley lol. We traded away Whaley's signature draft choice. In the same season we picked up two receivers that came from the same draft.
LOL good observation.
-
except he has the dropsies
funchess? he's got as many catches as KB. don't know about drops. some panthers fans prefer him over KB lol. well they have their cap issues and this helps them a bit. Kinda like the way KC had to cut Maclin. They are maxed out.
We needed a true number one WR, so kudos to the FO for finding one. I simply have one issue, it really feels like a drawn out Sammy for Sammy trade to me.
I don't know if he's a true 1. but we needed WR.
-
oh right...but he has been hot garbage for most his career.
funchess is productive this year though. He has as many catches as KB in a less role. So given the speed guys they got, cap considerations, and funchess as the tall option, this trade made sense for them.
-
curtis samuel is like 5'10?
No there's another guy who is 6'5". Sorry he wasn't drafted this year. Devin Funchess. Tall big WR. KB clone.
-
just got home from work and don't have time to read all 23 pages...
can somone tell me why the Panthers traded Benjamin? does he suck or something else I am not aware of? he is a big dude ain't he? like 6'5"?
Ok here's the deal. His production is less than his rookie year. He is on his 5th year next year, cap at ~8.5M or so. Carolina has ZERO cap room. They drafted a guy this year who's just like Kelvin Benjamin BUT is actually better, and cheaper.
KB also has issues - speed, undisciplined route runner. Doesn't work on his craft in off-season.
but he's a big guy, 6'5" sure handed receiver. Basically a tight end in WR position. I think Tyrod likes those.
-
Why in the world would the Panthers trade Kelvin?
The guy they drafted this year is basically a Kelvin clone.

Yup. His permissiveness was what let a guy with weak self-discipline become what he has.
