Two artists have sued Rosie O'Donnell for copyright infringement, accusing her of passing off photos of their work as her own. The drawings by Andrea and Shirley Shepard were made during the breach-of-contract trial between O'Donnell and the publisher of her defunct magazine, Rosie. This complaint says the Shepards gave O'Donnell digital photos to help her decide which sketches to buy. She is accused of cutting up the photos, making collages and signing the work. According to her publicist, O'Donnell used the contact sheets in her artwork "to convey her emotional experience" at the trial
WTF? She used the artwork to convey her emotional experience at the trail? What kind of screwed up bullstevestojan is that?
