I don't think so the year to tap into the Bank of Allen will be next year when his New deal actually kicks in. You can structure you proration how you want as long as it is approved by the league.
-
A Allens contract wont be touched this year IMO
-
I am fine with they added void years, they will be small dead money

Pretty much at this point. 3.8M in space at this point. Needed more to fit Saffold, Jones and McKissic (they would not fit in the 3.8M curently). Still alot of areas to make space up with restructures if Beane gets a big fish he will then hit the others like Tre, Dawkins, Diggs etc probably working the trade side. Nothing forcing a move with him yet.
-
It will. Same with Star bieng a post june 1 designation cut. that would be another 4.1M roughly alone. Bills cap is fine even if it looks tight as there are areas to save still if needed.
-
That will get us compliant at 4pm with the new non accounted for signings of Saffold, Jones and McKissic

Ok understand speed. But looking through this thread so many enamored with McKinnon. I just don’t see it
-
I don’t get the McKinnon love from Bills fans. Why? McKissic has been more productive

Why. I find it funny when players have fun with everything. A little draft meeting news as we wait

Return capability.

Yeah find those will come to work every day players. Clean off field and at least performs at some level. Would be an easy player to Rep I think. Like Harry’s agent would never have to worry about that call at 4am from the player saying I have something I need fixed. I wonder just how much these agents get involved when off field issues happen. Like Drew (I think he reps Gregory) how much work did he have to put in to clean up Gregory’s off field and drug issues to become productive again to land that deal with Denver.

Ha ha ha hell of a lot easier when there is a QB. And poor little Judon is starting to see that.

I also think it is overall the right way to handle UFA. Look across league a lot of teams doing 1-3 year UFA deals instead of the Historical 5-7 that used to come. I think more and more teams realizing the value on those long terms deals are never met. then of course you still have teams like the Jags

It is interesting and a weird job have to imagine to start doing that job how much individual time and money is spent laying ground work to even get your first player. but an agent could likely make a living just focusing on the lower tier of sports players. And if possible for example like NFL if that 3% is the cap or mandatory example MajBob agency decides we are only charging max 1% for every player if that would be allowed by NFL and NFLPA or if they would push back and say No you have to charge 3%
-
That cap was recently established (in last 5-10 years I think too maybe with the new CBA). I think I remember something about agents Commission stuff maybe it was in the rookie wage scale agreement. Fo some reason historically I thought it was higher. And why players started looking at repping themselves during a trend awhile back.

Nice to see No NE finally
-
Yeah I see home now. Missed it first initial look. I think I am going to dig into this more. Maybe France looks for the money positions and players hence his haul (if you rep the QBs). it would be interesting to see Frances entire client list compared to Drews. Maybe a project for me in the future
-
I think with Athletes First (Todd France) he mostly reps QBs from what I was tracking. It is interesting that Drew isnt in this list but yet his agency seems attached to almost every signing, unless I just see his name and think that based on the teams I have been looking at.

Levi Wallace gone to the Steelers on 2-year deal
MAJBobby replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
I did not know Wallace pulled a switch in 2018 and was going to initially sign with Steelers. -
Jesus is it m or does Drew rep 90% of the league anymore. It is like almost every signing is repped by Drew
