Such positive coverage and exposure for Buffalo... if they can't reach a stadium deal to keep it going, I'm moving out.

Unfortunately the weather will take away what we do best offensively.
The weather is gone. There may be wind gusts.. but the heinous weather is gone.

Is the game not being shown on a local channel as well as ESPN?
Some other poster said it's on channel 7.

Watching ESPN. It looks like the storm weather has gone away, just as the weather forecasters predicted.
Yes, there will be some gusts tonight. But the driving snow is gone. Maybe the rain as well.
Any live reports from OP?

the big question is, does Bass make a 70yd field goal tonight?
With the wind at his back.. I could see it.

If the Bills win the coin toss, they deffer. Because weather will be better in the second half.. they can pick which direction to go in the better weather.

I hope tonight’s game changes the Pegula’s mind about an open air stadium...
You have to change the taxpayers mind about an open air stadium. Do they want to spend 1 billion more?

ESPN is really hyping and enjoying this weather.
It's just a storm, for goodness sake.

Everything about this game plays right into our weaknesses.
Whatever. We’re going to lose. Mac will play like trash but he’ll still get hyped to the moon.
Post game press conferences will be full of dumb cliches.
So negative.

It's now snowing sideways in the Northtowns. The Southtowns must be even more intense.
-
The ESPN talking heads just picked the Bills to win. We're doomed.

The weather is getting crazy out there. Power is flickering and trash cans are sailing down the street. I hope the power at the stadium stays on.

I agree with OP.. it's all on Dane Jackson. Can the 7th round pick compensate for the loss of a 1st round pick.
Honorable mention goes to Starlite Lotulelei Jr., is he fully recovered and at 100%.

Josh Allen will play cautious and will avoid turning over the ball. Expect a low score.
The game will rest on the defense with 2 key questions: will 7th round draft pick Dane Jackson rise to the occasion? And will Starlite Lotulelei Jr. be at full throttle as he recovers from COVID.
Also... with the weather, Lady Luck will play a roll for both teams. Some weather induced WTF turnovers may happen. Game changing turnovers.

Heh. Patriots fans love to travel to a Bills game because they can't afford Foxboro.
They get the best of both worlds traveling to Buffalo: cheap tickets, and the fun of a road trip.
Expect many of them Monday.

1 word: Goretex.
I have a Goretex parka that is the bomb. You'd want Goretex trousers as well. I even have Goretex boots. Smother yourself in Goretex. Though, it's too late for you to set up this system for Monday night. And it is costly. https://www.ebay.com/b/Military-Gortex-Jacket/57988/bn_7023410187
Alternative, if you can find it: An Army surplus poncho. They are bigger and heavier weight than customary ponchos. They do a good job. There is an Army/Navy store on Transit Road near Main Street, maybe they have them in stock.

I'm not an aficionado of the Pro Bowl, and am unmoved by JA being in the lead.
I worry about injuries from DE looking to make name for themselves against an offensive line that has worked together for 5 days.
Now if we're talking MVP voting, that's meaningful... JA17 all the way baby.
-
There will be many Patriot fans in attendance. BECAUSE... they can't afford tickets to Gillette Stadium which are ridiculously priced.
They can afford Highmark Stadium prices plus the fun of a road trip.

5 - Knox - How does a Tight End with drop issues start playing better with a monsterously swollen, recently broken hand. Knox is pulling down jump balls and broke the single season touchdown record by a Bills Tight End. It's crazy his development and what he means to this offense. I was on the Hollister train earlier this season, not because of not liking Knox, but due to performance and now he's a top Tight End in the league statistically. His relationship with Josh is possibly tied with Josh's with Diggs and you can see it. If teams want to cover everyone else, Knox will make them pay and he is genuinely a threat on the field again.
That "hands coach" or whatever you call it that Knox did in the off-season made a phenomenal difference. Night and day results. Both the coach and Knox deserve major kudos.

McDermott and Bean seem to like drafting Best Player Available rather than drafting to fill specific positional needs.
Having said that, I hope CB comes up as BPA. You can never have too many good CB.
