Not sure if it's been stated above or not, but if we win out and win division, we are definitely the #2 seed. And if we're in as a wild card, we're almost definitely #6 or #7. So #3 and #4 (and #1) aren't possible. It's basically 2, 6, or 7 if we're in the playoffs (with very slim chance of #5).

And a winning problem.

Hit the ground is okay as long as football is under control.
But didn't look under control either. Close call obviously.

WTF was that overturned interception call? LOL. League but even try to hide the fix in this one
I thought that at first too. But the replay showed the ball was out and hit the ground for sure. At least to my eye.

I'll reserve judgment until after the season - He's enigmatic for sure. That said, at the right price, I'd lean toward keeping him on the team. When he does contribute in obvious ways, it tends to be massive and game changing.

I think, in a way, it's actually beneficial to win the way they did last night. A good reminder that nothing's guaranteed. And I embrace the idea that only a good team is able to win a game with a -3 turnover differential. It was exceedingly stressful but we can all now chill and enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend! On that near-end-of-game throw to Shakir, I thought Josh was just throwing it away - I was stunned that it was a completion - that was next level.

Think it's a good move even to just get a sense of what he could add down the road//give him some live game reps. Whether we'll be in the luxurious position to play him in garbage time remains to be seen but that would of course be the ideal scenario.

Wyverns, I guess. Be careful of tail.
Bills: 30
Bolts: 2
Wyvern can also be characterized as an envious 2-legged dragon, which would fit the Bolts fairly well (only 2 legs = missing key players)??

1% is probable? Sweet, i'm off to the casino putting it all on black 35.
Agreed, misleading thread title for sure. Should be something like: "Very improbable scenario where Bills run the table but still miss out"

Bills 34 San Diego 20 (some of which is garbage time) - Just can't see us having a lot of trouble in this game. Go Bills!
PS, I am stumped on WV as well.

For me, the physicality/bully mentality seems new and refreshing. Like we're gonna line up and punch you in the face. I also think the timing of our bye week helped alot in hindsight. Go Bills!

F’n bungles. Their luck needs to run out. Playing with that calculator the Bills can clinch a birth before week 18 if everything breaks right. Admittedly that’s a long shot but you never know.
There's also the possibility that the Bills-Miami game is scheduled for Sunday night and by then, we might know whether we have a playoff berth regardless of the outcome of the Miami game.

I have a Christmas dinner at my wife’s cousin’s house. My father in law and I are the only football fans so no one thought to plan Christmas around the Bills (this would NEVER happen with my family in WNY).
Care to guess the time of the dinner party? Starts at 6pm. It’s 45 minutes from here. I live on the west coast. So, I will have to drive with NFL Sunday Ticket playing on my phone on the dashboard for the first quarter, then be “that guy” at dinner with my phone propped up next to the ham.
Wish me luck on this journey.
That sucks, but are you even sure you can watch the game on Sunday Ticket? I thought Peacock is only way to watch it.

What if I'm a Comcast subscriber in Alexandria, VA but want to watch it in Cincinnati (non Comcast area)?! I'm too old for this crap! I'll probably just sign up and then cancel.

My best guess re the Miami game is that it will in fact be for the division (b/c I see Miami losing at least 1 of next 2), and if the Bills lose in Miami, we'll have a chance to get in as WC in one of those if A + B happens or if C + D + E happens, etc.

It goes both ways.
We're a 12th man away from being 9-5. We're a missed 59 yard field goal in the rain away from being 10-4. We're probably one interception away from beating the Jets on opening night.
You are what your record says you are. The calls and the luck of the football bounce both ways. Every team in the NFL can play the "what if" game.
The Bills are 8-6 and have a realistic shot at the postseason. They recently almost beat the Eagles in Philly, they beat the Chiefs at Arrowhead, and they DESTROYED the hottest team in the league yesterday.
Let people be excited.Perfect response, and you beat me to it! The coulda shoulda woulda stuff cuts both ways.

He almost got a sack last weekend and definitely caused problems for Mahomes on other plays as well. And his slow emergence (fingers crossed) happens to be coming when AJE got hurt. Very beneficial timing! Putting the off-field stuff aside, a glass-half-full view of things is that we're going to start seeing a healthy dose of the old Von.
