I think Frazier is a well respected great guy loved by his players, you also need to remember he has already failed as a HC. Now if the Bills go on a roll and start accumulating some impressive sack totals on their way to the Super Bowl then he could become very hot commodity and in demand. Right now he is viewed as boring and totally opposite of aggressive, playing not to loose is not a popular thing you can sell to your fans.

I truly hope that I will be wrong but he would have a much better chance if he were a younger coach, he will be 63 next season. The trend now is to hire younger more innovative thinking coaches. I don't believe Frazier is some hot coach right now and that has nothing do if he is black or white. The defensive coordinators that bring exotic blitzes and rack up huge sack totals usually get the most attention.

I think Dabol makes way more sense than Frazier, I doubt Frazier is hired and only receives interviews so teams can compete requirement by NFL. You either want a offensive coordinator coming from a pass happy offensive team that puts up huge points or a team who gets after the QB and leading the league in pressures & sacks. This a pass happy league and no one cares about bend but don't break defences Frazier will get plenty of interviews for NFL requirement only, I would love to see it happen because I believe the Bills would receive a 3rd round compensatory pick

Even if Denver win that game he was going to get fired, not having a QB you can trust to make a play effects decision making on the field. Down 7 Fangio decides to kick a FG because Lock looked so terrible throwing that 3rd down pass. I am sure Denver fans were asking why are we kicking a FG? Still remember experts saying Drew Lock could be the next Josh Allen. He looks more closer to JP Losman

Watching the Denver/ KC yesterday was a reminder how important it is to get the most important position on the field right, Denver trying to win games with caveman football and having a QB manager. Thank-you John Elway for passing on Josh Allen and taking Chubb. Allen is a stud and will only get better as the Bills continue to provide him more pieces.
