bad business..... This is posted on the front page and I just hate reading this stuff. What can this city do to help itself out? How does a city that is a gateway to Canada and the Falls cash in on that? Buffalo is a great place; I lived half my life on Bailey Ave across from old school #9 and next to the Boys club. The rest I grew up in Quaker Meadow Apts where I use to walk up the hill past Berts Bike Shop and go to the games. When I was 8 we use to get in for free at half time during the dark years of this team... I just cant believe how far down this city has sunk and its so damn sad. People are leaving by the droves. I’m one of them, but I wanted to be in the military and in 6 short years, I retire and will be home for my Sabres and Bills. I could not stand to see my team leave this city. It would be like a death in the family. I’m a loyal fan and would give half my paycheck if it meant to keep this team here. Buffalo needs to play the tax system. Make it cheap for company's to build up here. Put tax and land packages together for big business's to come here. This city needs to do something, the great minds that are left here need to pull together and get the ball rolling. This city has hit rock bottom and has started to dig! This isnt a "The Bills are going to LA post" but this city needs to pull together and hit the decks running or more trouble will loom ahead..... Go Bills and go Buffalo!!!!

Nice post Wing. I said something like this before the war and people went nuts over it.... Id like to say this man.... Ive been over there 5 times in the past 7 years. Been to Dubai, Bahrain, Alexandria Egypt (and all over Egypt), and Turkey. Ive stayed in hotels in all of those places and never been treated bad by the people there compaired to that toilet we call Europe. In Bahrian, which is the Saudi's claim the land "The Land that Allah cant See" is where the men go to sin (drink/hookers/party). Everytime we pulled into there it was nothing short of a good time. Ive sat many times with the people there in and talked about family and just relaxed having a good time. All just want to live and see their children grow up happy. All talk about reform and freedoms and its the first thing they ask. Most of the business men go to college here in the US and love it here. The one guy I talked to went to Florida and just loved it. I use to judge these people by the actions of a few. I dont do that anymore. I think these people need a taste of freedom and its what they want and not what their leaders want or the select few bomb nutso's out there. To sum this up for you, Iraq is different that Afgahn. Iraq is a oil king and located in the heart of the problems. If we get that country to where I think its going and those people thrive, you will see a chain reaction happen all over the middle east. Not by our military, but by the people and I think these other countries leaders (Iran, Jordan, Saudi) know it....

I don’t think Arnold is doing a bad job at all. He is in a state that is so dang cash strapped the students sit in modular classrooms around sticky rat traps and buckets to catch the rain water. He opened all the states storehouses up and auctioned off EVERYTHING the state was storing in there for their offices. You want to talk about waste and fraud..... Espresso machines, $1500 personal coffee makers, plasma tv's for peoples offices, and so on.... There was a list online somewhere of the auction post. Who in the hell authorizes $1500.00 coffee makers? Are they made of gold? At least he is making a stab at something way bigger than he alone can fix.

Id say 5% of the players out there care what team they are on. 95% care on what you put in their banks when they move the ink stick on the paper....

Dont give him big money but give him a contract where he could make big money if he pulls his head out of his #$%. Could be huge if he stays healthy! If this was posted already, I dont care. AIDS is on a rampage...... Yeah I know this is a ot topic so I wont keep you from this busy offseason... This is a great article on how fast the virus is spreading! I also just read a great pub that came out about the spread of AIDS and how fast it is spreading. The numbers are somewhere in the hundreds to thousands newly infected per day. Within 10 years, they graphed it that every human will know 2-3 people that are infected (knowing or not!). The US wants to make a HIV test before marrage (thats dumb since most people have sex before marrage). #1 said defence against AIDS infection is TELL AND TEACH YOUR KIDS!
