  1. Please... there is no point reporting here anything anyone says over there.  Why would you go to a web page that is ... oh.... 75%-80% ads to hear someone write about "league circles".  :w00t:

Some of the info is in fact reliable. While the site has certainly been wrong many times they are also the first to break many stories. I feel that if we win big tomorrow, both Tom and Mike save their jobs for one more year. This is why we are starting Holcomb-to save their jobs.

  2. 11. Donahoe, Mularkey Safe?

The curent thinking in league circles is that Bills G.M. Tom Donahoe and coach Mike Mularkey will be back for 2006, despite rampant speculation that both will be gone.

The thinking is that 80-something owner Ralph Wilson would rather stick with the guys who are already in the building, since there's no guarantee that he'll find better candidates on the open market. Also, Wilson doesn't have a reputation for handing free money to guys who get bumped off with time left on their deals.

  3. My brother and I are bring our oldest kids (ages 7 and 5) to the Dolphins game next week. We are fling in from out of town. Where is a good place to go to dinner saturday night before the game? Some place near the airport or near Williamsville would probaly be preferable. Any suggestions for great buffalo food?

  4. Bills general manager Tom Donahoe is playing some serious hardball, but the reality is that there's almost no way he can bring back a disgruntled Henry.

Once again, this is another scenario that will depend on the draft, and who misses out on the running back they covet. Miami hasn't been mentioned in the equation for some time, but if Nick Saban goes another way with his No. 2 overall choice (and it's starting to look that way), the possibility of Henry landing in South Beach will be renewed. And if Jon Gruden settles on USC's Mike Williams over Auburn's Carnell Williams at No. 5, he might be able to pry Henry loose from the Bills for either the 36th or 71st overall pick.

Now that miami has a 2nd round pick, I think Henry to Miami is more likely. Saban is desperately trying to trade down, and doesn't want to draft a running back in the first round. I suspect he would love Henry, and Ricky Williams may be back as well. This gives the dolphins a great backfield for little cost.
