I'm blessed and can walk from my friend's house on Big Tree so we're moving faster than the cars.
I desperately hope that everything stays in OP not for that reason, but for many of the prior mentioned ones......
My friend is a tax man and processed that land sale BTW. Apparently the original owner passed away.

Tunnel and Elvis. No contest.
This. I sat down there back in the SB years. Long live the Elvis King.

Well, better than the other places her hand goes.
I'd say she lacks some of his explosiveness, but has a higher motor.
Funny is funny. Thanks for this.

He should go back to the Rams and start. Keenum, you're cut. Let the new guy learn for a year and Fitzy takes them to 8-8 or 9-7 and the Beard goes Hollywood.

If anyone wants to come to Cincinnati I could help host.

I'm not so sure the opener will be on the road considering they're also away for the 3rd and 4th preseason games. That would put over a month between games at the Ralph.
Didn't we spend 5 of 6 weeks NOT playing at home last season?

I clicked on this thinking it was going to be about the actual shrinking of the BUFFALO middle class....instead I get bourgeoisie. Well played.

The only tattoo I would/will ever get would be the standing red buffalo.

Dome means Super Bowl.
Dome means regional events like megaconcerts
I've been telling my friends here in Cincinnati that if they put it downtown and put a roof on it, Buffalo WILL host the Final Four.

I put this one slotted in between both options: Cardale Jones.
Not because I want Tyrod to fail....completely opposite. BUT I like to hedge my bets.

In all seriousness, why are the Patriots so obsessed with white wide receivers? There's like ten white wide receivers and most of them have played for the Pats at one time or another. They had double white tight ends last year, they had like the only white running back in football for a while; like seriously, what gives?
Google Boston race relations.

What are the odds he says he wants to play in Buffalo under a team friendly deal?
I will rent out Gabriel's Gate for any TBD'ers that want to show up if this happens.
-
Hate to say but he could down as the greatest of all time.
Already is. 4 SB Wins AND two losses, with the last two on teams not nearly as talented as Montana's. Never gets hurt minus the 2008 season.

A new state of the art, retractable roof stadium with all the bells and whistles will really put Buffalo on the map! Just look at what it did for Brockway, Ogdenville, and North Haverbrook!
"But Main Street's still all cracked and broken...."
"Sorry Mom, the mob has spoken!"
MONORAIL!

Spongebob Squarepants also mourns this loss.
I LOVE NFL Films and its music.

If it's on campus I think. A few venues off campus allow... probably some other red tape too....
Anyways, I would go to ub games but that venue is comical how bad it is.
Living in Cincinnati is great as we can do Xavier and UC B-ball games with booze and UC football has it also. It's rare but it occurs.

I was an indifferent Cam Newton non-fan/fan. I am now a giant fan of his after Jerry Sullivan pooped the bed.
Jerry, time to retire. Buffalo News, time to fire.
Cam, please win by 40.

Correct, but there will be a bump in parking prices to bring it closer to a net zero.
That does not include the bars and restaurants, etc... that the Pegula's will be able to capitalize on similar to the way that Bob Kraft does with Patriot Place. It will be all part of the downtown development where they will incur revenue all year instead of 10 times.
So put a 5,000 seat "Hofbrauhaus" style restaurant/beer garden in Lot 1. 10 times year, and get good bands to come play a stadium once in awhile, and methinks profit goes up.

Taylor's biggest question-mark is if he can stay healthy for 19-20 games year in year out.
Pretty much the #1 key.

future Rex quote: "I have no idea why special teams penalties seem to spike for one week every month"
Well done sir.

Turns 38 in September. I'm not the only one who has looked it up.
I definitely was wondering.....

A leader in the locker room.

She's actually from Korea.
I would like to thank you, Augie, and DC Tom for making me laugh at my desk for a while today. Mic-drop, who cares about the rest of the posts.

he needs to a) be in the right system for his style - like ours, not like OSU's and b) sit for a couple years and learn the NFL QB position like TT did
I agree. I was hoping he came out after last year's magical run but he's a better value this season. OSU didn't play with any real fire until after they got beat by Sparty so he didn't show well this year.

Last year for the Houston game, I sat in 328, right on the rail, right on the aisle, and right above the entry tunnel to that section. Arguably the best seat I've ever had. I love being able to pick out seats with today's technology and mapping.
Bleachers are not great and the weather is the weather. It was 52 that day, and the sky after the game was amazing, so that wasn't a factor.
I've sat in the Kelly/Miller clubs and the short beer lines and bathroom access are great. So are the heated seats when it's cold.
It's the Ralph, it's all good!
