The next great QB the Bills missed on (Carr) made one of the worst professional football plays as a QB I've ever seen. I'm sure the video is on NFL.com -- look for "pick 6."
That one was WAY worse than the Tuel/KC-EJ/Watt picks. Good Lord!

I have 3 pictures of Jim in my office. I have his jersey from 1992. I'm in 2nd place behind CBF as the all-time fan of JK.
However, he was done when he was done. It probably wouldn't have ended well in Baltimore.

Does the stadium sound operator HAVE to play blaring songs or sounds between EACH play? Sitting near a speaker, it's a headache.

I'd say a fan base that just broke its season ticket record while in the midst of a 15 year post season drought are pretty avid. Gillette stadium would be empty if they missed the playoffs for 15 years.
Eventually we will find out. The football gods giveth and they taketh away. We are almost done with our taketh portion!

Ray Bentlley wasn't quite as good at linebacker in the 1980s, but he is a far better children's book author and brought "Darby the Dinosaur" to the world.

I voted for the latter. If somehow we don't get into the playoffs with EJ ready to lead the team for the next 5-10 years, there's no way they're going to keep us out for much longer. With still no option at QB and us getting in, #1 we don't go very far and #2 we begin to lose good players to contracts next season.
Yep, me as well on my vote. For all we know the AFC will have a bunch of 10-6 or 11-5 teams and since we OWN the NFC, we may slip up in a tiebreaker.

Starting with this place. If we start 0-2, there will be some ready to burn the Ralph and TBD's servers to the ground.
There is a legitimate possibility of the Bills losing the first two....even at home.
Colts lost their first two last year and did just fine. I'd rather be hot late, than hot early. We all know how THAT goes........

Agreed. The alcohol (which I proudly consume) is the issue. I however don't utter a single swear word, don't harass anyone, don't act like a moron, etc. Not sure what the trigger is to drink and be a douche.
At the GB game, we had a really, really hammered person behind us. After one quarter of his horrific language we turned around and said next swear word out of your mouth, we're using the phone number to report him. He was quiet the rest of the day.
I know Cincinnati has that number (the Jerk line it's called) and it really curtailed rude behavior towards me at the 2011 loss in Week 4.
