Hi folks,
Yes, Irma looks to be bad. I live in Puerto Rico which is scheduled to get crushed tomorrow afternoon and Thursday. I came to West Palm Beach for labor day weekend and just decided to stay here rather than going back. I fly to Buffalo on Friday for the home opener so it looks like I am staying ahead of this one.
I am still pretty nervous for Puerto Rico and the other islands. They are bracing for one of the worst storms in years and are often times not nearly as prepared as the mainland. In Puerto Rico, the governor has already declared a state of emergency. Power company says power could be down for months in certain areas.
I'll keep posting the local PR updates as I hear them from my friends.

i did a little more research and ended up buying Draft Dominator for $5. we'll see if it pays off.

1) an app where i can enter my league's scoring setup and player config
2) i can cross players off as they are drafted
3) at my turn, the app tells me the best player to pick
4) it will automatically fill my roster according to 1, 2 and 3 above
**edit, after doing a little more research, i think i need an app with "war room" functionality maybe??

in the past i've always just downloaded and printed a bunch of lists. i heard a couple people say in the past they've used some various apps with good results. any suggestions? i'm not against paying for an app as long as the results deliver.

i dropped them but prolly should have kept them. had 2 seats in the family section (it's cheap) for over 10 years. cost was under $400 for me for the season. planning on 2 games this year, opener and broncos. probably going to end up spending (for those 2 games) what season tix would have cost.

Unfortunately for us, it isnt. 6-9 wins is the problem. They will keep striving for that.
A bad schedule, the Pats tooling up for 14-15 wins.... just play dead a year, clear out cap room, acquire picks, put yourself in a position to get Darnold or one of the top 3 QBs... and live to fight in 2018 and beyond.
this. i've been saying for some time (to use a Sabre's phrase) that this is the year of suffering. it's clear they are trying to tank this year.

addendum: trade for Romo. Let Gilmore, TT and EJ walk and get rid of Russ Brandon and Rex. Draft QB in first round and then Cardale and that pick learn behind Romo. Romo gone after 1 season and then you have 2 young QBs fighting for the starter spot in 2018 camp. With returning (good) OL, healthy Sammy/Woods/Clay/Shady and competent QB, offense will be fine. With competent defensive coordinator, defense will return to form.
It makes too much sense, which is why it won't happen.

based on your posts, you are normally correct. but are you certain of this? he sold his house in hamburg last year a few months after he was cut. i saw it in the real estate transactions. never saw him buy anything else (but i only read the southtowns parts of the transactions).
