KC about to tie it up at the 1 yard line
-
KC down to the SD 23
-
Sandiego go has the ball at the KC 39 with 50+ sec left score KC 10 SD 3
-
Our defense NEVER makes the big stop when we need the ball back. Is there a betting site where I can bet the Eagles will score this drive? I'll make some $
If you were in Vegas you could bet that

Rex got on his button so fast for his team to look at the play. That was funny. Hopefully he doesn't challenge it though

Like they was talking about on NFL Network is that even legal for a head coach from another team to contact a player. Wouldn't that be like tampering or something. Also he called Mccoy Multiple times this week. Also why pick this week to call Mccoy. Weird
I really think that Chip knows he !@#$ed up with the Mccoy trade and it's really wearing on him

For alot of people the money that they spend on DFS is less than going out to dinner or going to the bar to get wasted or spending "X" amount of money on the lastest gadget.
My point is that everybody does something with their money that other people would not spend with theirs. I learned a long time ago to not judge what people spend their money on because at the end of the day its none of my business what they do with whats theirs and vise versa.
By the way a couple of weeks ago I took $5.00 and made $2,700 on fanduel. When is the last time you gave $5.00 to a stripper and she gave you $2,700.00. Yeah my point exactly.
BTW with that win up 2,600.00 since August when I started playing DFS and while I was down about $100.00 that money was spread out since August and based upon the games I play on Fanduel and Draftkings thats just about right

The funny thing about that guy is that he's not even from Philly. Not even the east coast. He's from California, and I'm not sure he's ever been to an Eagles game.
yeah he just recently went to one this year i believe

where the hell did you read that at, The Onion?

You actually think Eagles fans are capable of doing what we do here? Never. I'll sum up Eagles message boards for you: if the scoreboard says they won? Everybody in the organization is F'ing awesome, and everybody else in the NFL sucks(no reasons given). If it says they lose? Everybody in the organization should be fired, traded/cut, and the owner should sell the team(also no reasons given).
Yes, and the Cowboys suck. This year, when the Eagles have a chance to suck less than the Cowboys, is like nirvana...because they might actually be "right", for a change.
You can't talk football with these people. You can talk players, but once again, only in black/white terms. You can't talk stats or playcalling or Xs and Os. If you try to engage them in any of that dialouge...all you're going to get is name calling, mostly having to do with being gay/liking male body parts.
You can forget about the draft. These people booed taking McNabb. I was living in Philly at the time. It was chaos, and a race to the idiot bottom, every day, all the time.
Here is your #1 Philly Fan right here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FLhJgW6NHOU . You are absouletly right

excellent podcast from greg cosell. He is one of the best in the business in my opinion.

I agree with Herm and pretty courageous, IMO (he is in a tough spot working for ESPN) but seems utterly disgusted with how the coverage of the game has become more or less reality TV.
I really hope that the team concept to winning becomes more of the focus again & the so-called "good for TV" approach takes a hike...I know a pretty Utopian thought indeed, smh!
This is my feelings as well. As a coach you want to feel its about the team first, but the media and the public makes it about the player 1st. So therefore a guy like Herm like you said is in a bad spot because he tries to represent both fraternities , it puts him in a contradictory predicament.
Also the media is so full of ****. They want players to open up and not give canned answers and then when they are candid and speak their mind the media throws them under the bus saying that they are putting themselves above the team. Players sometimes cannot win for losing. It so stupid as well because the NFL makes it mandatory at certain times for said players to speak to the media who is only out for the most part to cause trouble.

Classic.
Herm has to realize now that as a member of the media and society he is now part of the problem and not the solution.

Serious question: who is the backup long snapper now?
It was Mulligan.
It appears that Ryan Groy did some long snapping at the 2014 Shrine game and showed well; he must be the new emergency LS.
Eric Wood is the emgergency long snapper. He practice it about 5-10 mins either on gameday or everyday.

Murray should've stayed in Dallas.
Anyone else think that Sproles is gonna feast on us this weekend? We have no linebackers...
I have all ready added him to my draftkings.com lineup this week. I said that Sunday night

"Pining." Pinning is...well, no one, not even Chuck Norris, pins Kiko Alonso.
Edit: and what the !@#$ is a "protocal?"
Protocal is offshoot of Protocol which is means procedure. I changed it to Protocal as in Pro TO Call like when your girl calls me to !@#$.
I would have used Protocall. I didnt like the way it looked on screen.
Any other questions!

All seven losses came against AFC opponents, would have been eight if the Pats* had played their starters.
So 5-7, but more like 4-8 against conference opponents.
One of those wins was against the Browns, two against the hapless, foot out the door Jets, thus leaving one "quality" AFC win last year against...The Dolphins. Whoopee.
To Schwartz's credit, he did very well against his former divisional foes in the NFC North, where we went 4-0. Those wins:
Three missed field goals that led to the game winner as time expired against Detroit.
The game winner with no time against Minnesota.
An overtime win over the (pitiful) 2014 Bears.
And the Green Bay win.
If not for those squeakers, 2014 could have been...yeesh...real ugly.
All I know with almost the same defensive personnel we are giving up 5.3 more points per game ( 23.4 vs 18.1). If he could have just kept the defense at the same production level as last year with the 3 points of offense per game better output in in 2014 our ppg differential would be approxiately 6 ppg which would have us trending toward the playoffs.
I hope Rex can learn from his mistakes and we can finish the year strong
-
The team he brought from 0-16 to 10-6 was pretty much the same one he then road to 4-12 the next year. His offense that year was ranked 3rd in yards (Stafford and Megatron aren't too shabby). His defense included Suh, Cliff Avril, Justin Durant, Steve TullochChris Houston.
He wasn't lacking talent. He's a crappy HC.
The poster said that the team was undisciplined which was true but it's not like on defense he had choir boys while at detroit.
It's funny because most people based upon their opinion would never hired bill bellichick after his Cleveland tenor.
At the end of the day I just want the Bills to win. It's easier for me to take the Bills losing if the talent was not there. For the team to possibly be worse after adding more talent is very fustrating to say the least. Let's not mention the fact that the coach stated that if we were not the #1 defense in the league that we would have under achieved. Well now look.
That points to the head coach. Remember his team in the past when from good to bad. Not the other way around. I hope to eat some crow soon but I have my doubts
-
Yeah because that 24pts per game this year is way more than the 21ppg they scored last year after spending all that money on Clay, Harvin,Mccoy,Incognito, ect. Not to mention Tyrod. And now your credibility is solidified.
Again I don't like Hackett at all but so far the results aren't there yet.
-
Schwartz ran that Detroit team into the ground. Couldn't control his players. Not a leader or men/HC. Not an upgrade.
Look at who his players were. In really feel that Schwartz would be better head coach the 2nd time around
-
Thanks for clarifying your stance. I hope you feel the same way if we finish 7-9 or 8-8Zero. I'm not looking to run the HC out of town after 11 games.
-
Just wait...one more poor showing by the offense and people will be claiming they miss Hackett.
I don't see much of a difference so far with more talent to be honest.
