I am not intending to move goalposts, but I did argue two different items. Several of my neighbors, some who make 100k between salary and tip, have been warned that the old version of doing things can come with real penalties. If your business chooses to do SITCA the employees do not have a choice, they will submit the tip amount, or face tax evasion issues, even that is not the Intent. So as I stated if my neighbor does not declare a tip now much more than before, they could be held liable even without any intent. Lastly people go to jail for tax evasion sometimes, this adds in the level of non compliance if you work for a SITCA business, just like when Obamacare was the law and you refused to pay for it you could be jailed.

You are so funny, I will just list your last 3 responses to me Pots, kettles You have a general ignorance about you. Hoax. You’re a moron. That isn’t a hyperbolic thing. You’re just not very smart

You literally responded to the article about "more accurate" SITCA program. I have neighbors who are employed by Disney who have positions that receive $10k+ in tips a year in cash and have always just rounded the money who are now required to submit their payments monthly. They have been warmed that not reporting tips could lead to termination. The reason for this new system is to give "protection" to employers, which means the liable party will be the employee. Lastly how do you have clients in the restaurant industry and not dealing with the new tax law? It is a new way to file, and any large company is going to do it in order to maintain good relations with Fed.

Bidens policy made it a chargeable crime to not keep good track of how much you made each day in tips. Before Biden the rules were basically be reasonable, now they are be exact from a government that can't keep track of $100s of billions a year.

When your reality is Kamala you have to make stuff up. He probably believed the couch and dolphin things also. -
Trump 2024?

It literally says it is a parody on the bottom, and you believe Pence has Mike Pants as his screen name? How gullible are you? -
Polls Are Basically Useless

I agree that the large national polls mean nothing since we know that Kamala will win CA by 9 million. The question is basically PA, GA, NV, and MI. -

Tibs is hilarious, he starts a topic of how useless polls are and then gets excited when some of the polls turn the Dems way. -
It's Time to Mandate Vaccines

Can you actually just spell out your belief? You take great pains to say nothing in as many words as possible. -

As I have repeated, you are evil for supporting the shutdown when the risk to children from pneumonia is greater and you would never consider destroying their lives for that level. -

Literally what I linked to previously, that you argued against. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid_weekly/index.htm -

You spend a lot of words to say nothing and then still be wrong, must be why you love Kamala. From 2020-2023 pneumonia had 2961 deaths and COVID had 1696 for people under 18 according to the linked information from The CDC. 2961 is more than 1696, meaning pneumonia is worse. As for transmission we would need to test healthy people for flu if we are gonna do that for COVID before we can make any determinations scientifically, along with different flu strains have different degrees of transmission. I would state you are likely correct about that one inconsequential point, but the science is not settled -

I think we need to agree to disagree, you believe the shut downs were proper, I think they were cowardly and evil for the damage they did to kids. -

Your link says: Efforts were redoubled with the launch of the Intensified Smallpox Eradication Programme in 1967. The Soviet Union provided freeze-dried vaccine, which became the basis for elimination of smallpox from eastern Europe, China and India. So apparently you are a Soviet since they are responsible for the largest group of people. -

We have had flu outbreaks that were much worse in American history and never shut down. I will also point out that H1N1 we had 1100 deaths of under 18 in less than one year. You are discussing 1800 in 4 years and think it is more. I will point out that your best argument is hilariously bad, that since I put the statement " flu or pneumonia" vs "flu and pneumonia" you tried to attack, when my overall point was valid and you can't actually show any numbers that covid os worse than pneumonia -

Shocking you did not link to your source because the numbers do not agree with you. You are comparing the people who died with COVID vs the people who died from the flu. If you look at the CDC numbers the COVID # are 1696, while the pneumonia is 2961, and the total of "pneumonia, flu and COVID" is almost 5k. To argue that COVID is worse than pneumonia makes you a liar, and to mistake the #s makes you stupid. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid_weekly/index.htm -

It's Time to Mandate Vaccines

COVID is less deadly than the flu or pneumonia for children. We don't shut down schools for those, we should not have shut them down for COVID. My school has had 4 children die from boating accidents, and several more from car accidents, but we don't stop them from attending school. Risk vs reward, you are terrible at assessing it. -

Hey remember when you told me I was ignorant for believing in fall 2020 that COVID was not a threat to kids, and you told me I was ignorant about Hunters Laptop, and you told me I was ignorant that Biden was failing fast? Yeah your concept of ignorance is just those smarter than you. -

Me recognizing that Americans are required to get more vaccines makes me ignorant? That is some interesting logic -

I will go through with you what I have with every stupid liberal on here at one time or another. I live in one of the most diverse areas of the country, teach at a school that is less than 50% white and deal with immigrants every day of my life. I am glad to have legal immigrants in our country. As for the rest of your stupidity, other countries don't live to the standards of US citizens in general, they are more likely to have not been vaccinated and therefore are more likely to carry it and more likely to get infected. I wrote that statement before the news came out that the vast majority of the people ill with the virus were confirmed to be illegals. I don't have any idea where you come up with your concepts of other countries living up the US standards but you sound pathetically ignorant of the rest of the word. I must ask how old are you and where do you live? -
The Bud Light dropped 25% of sales over the past year. Inbev fired multiple people and increased their marketing budget around their other beers, there was definitely an impact. I have a cousin whose wife is a big shot with InBev in their NY offices and last year when I saw him I asked why he was drinking Bud Light, which he thought was referencing the whole boycott. My question was since InBev has so many good beers why not get those ones, and he responded that the Bud Light was literally free to employees, the others were not
