  1. Star is a two gap player. He is suppose to tie up blockers, and make sure the Oline doesnt get to the second level. The bills Oline got gashed against the Packers because of their LBs not because of the line. In a gap scheme Defense the DLine is not designed to make a lot of tackles. They are basically defensive blockers.

why over Cadet and not over a WR?..

Bills aren't keeping 7 WR. Theyll only keep 5 or 6. Plus He can fill Cadets role allowing the Bills to keep only  3 backs and 5 WR. Hes the 3rd back and 6 WR essentially freeing up a roster spot for an extra DB, LB or OL.

  3. McCloud makes this team over Cadet. He fills several different holes/needs. 3rd RB, returner, and slot WR. His ability to play several positions is what'll help him make the team. Proehl is a very good possession WR will be a good fit and should develop quite nicely. Still need ILB depth, Edmunds played outside so you never know if he will adjust that well to a new position.

well that was a waste of a pick. I'm 5'10"  and taller than this guy. Almost faster, too.

This guy was projected as an UFA.

    Not good.

You are not even close to being faster. lol... The Bills will use him at RB, slot and returner. Kid could even play a little DB if needed. For a 6th round pick and being able to play multiple positions its a good value pick.

It’s not fair or maybe even correct, but I knock Faulk down because he’s an idiot. And AP hardly ever caught a ball and was not the pass protection guy Thurman was.

    Yes, I’m biased.  :)

AP isnt close to the overall back Thurman was. AP was a 2 down back and a liability in the pass game. Thurman could do it all. I think people look pass or forget how good he really was. He was one of the first backs that were also really good in the passing game.

  6. Theres no way hes an average WR at best. He had a few good years but always suffered from dropped balls. Hes now a slow poor route runner who cant separate and still drops a lot of balls. No need for him, Bills already have KB/Jones who struggle at separation.

Completely random, but is Edge just a different term for Defensive End? Why do I feel like this is the first year I've seen and heard it?

Edge is essentially your rushing DE or OLB in 3-4. Typically plays a 7Tech on the weak side opposite TE (if there is one). Isn't known to be good against the run, and often is told to think pass rush first run second.

  8. I think the Bills are going to sit at 12 and get Jackson. My thought is Beane sees the how how dynamic he is as an athlete. The danger he presents with this legs (like Cam). Understands hes not ready to be a day 1 starter and sitting for a year with some packages can really help. Keeping all of their draft picks to then build around him with tons of cap room next year.

This has been in the crawler at the bottom of the screen for a while and I got a kick out of it.

Let's hope this guy is clueless.

He's up to Pick 10 and this is the break down:

    1) Cleveland--Darnold

    2) Giants--Saquon Barkley

    3) Jets--Josh Rosen

    4) Cleveland--Bradley Chubb

    5) BILLS--Trade Up With Denver To Take JOSH ALLEN

    6) Colts--Quenton Nelson

    7) Tampa Bay--Minkah Fizpatrick

    8) Chicago--Denzel Ward

    9) San Francisco--Marcus Davenport

    10) Raiders--Tremaine Edmunds

this is funny, absolute 0 chance Allen goes in the Top 10. He is not NFL ready enough to risk a top 10 pick. He will fall late first or possibly further.

    Mr. Irrelevant

google is you friend. Go read all the reports. But hey yeah the last pick in the 7th round that went to three different colleges and littered with offseason issues is the QB in waiting

again an UDFA is their STARTING QB. So again your point makes not sense... please come at me when you know something about how football works.

A 7th round pick tabbed the QB in waiting sure.

And likely only a 7th round pick as a favor from one friend (Elway) to another (Jimbo)

Draft picks are way to valuable to do favors. Do a little homework and look at his draft status going into his senior year. Personally I can't stand the kids image but facts are he can play. Keenum is an UDFA and is starting, so your point makes no sense.
