  1. Apparently many people, in and outside the Bills fan community, as we have been treated to a steady diet of "the Bills could have had OBJ by staying put". The two are not comparable. Watkins is the better player by far, but was hamstrung by the leagues worst OC and Kyle "checking out now" Orton.

hes not better by far, watkins lacks some deep ball jump ball skills, odb has those in spades. he should be better at taking screens to the house but he was hurt so he went down like a girl on prom night everytime he caught a ball, hopefully he plays hard next year when healthy

  2. Can we all stop with this. It's not an amazing pick (although, for the record, he was on the 5 or so players I really wanted.....it's a passing league exactly do you stop them...with excellent CB play.

or w pass rush, I'd just as soon let Mario Williams walk in 2 years and use the money for dareus,Gilmore and a qb...we could have drafted a nice pass rusher at 50 instead.
  3. Prove me wrong Ronald, but this is a classic stupid Bills pick. We keep investing high draft resources on DBs then let the ones who can play walk. Now we'll trade Leodis for a ham sandwich and continue to get our butts kicked with the DLines in our division.

who walked? Haventclet a cb go since what's his name went to minny, that was almost 15 years ago. Byrd wasn't a ham sandwich to keep and kinda sux so who've y talking about?
  4.

I think taking a QB in the 2nd or 3rd would be an "insurance" move at by far the most important position in the NFL. I'm a vocal supporter of Manuel's chances in that I still think he can get over the hump this year, but what if he doesn't? I can't fault the Bills for having a second year insurance QB in their back pocket if Manuel fails this season and is off the team in 2016. If Manuel can't make it happen with everything around him this year (defense, running game, star WRs, athletic play-making TE) then the Bills would be drafting a rookie QB next season on a win now team. Either that or they had better hope they could make a trade for a real QB like Brees. The options are so limited when you're looking for a QB and they may feel drafting a backup LB, CB or OL isn't as important as drafting a QB.

Then the QB competition gets real interesting because one of Cassel, Manuel or Taylor will get cut. If they do draft a QB, I think Cassel would be the odd man out because Manuel's 25 years old and has already had that "extended time on the bench to learn from the vet QB" experience.

except as of now kuandjo sucks and manual is serviceable and cassel already is insurance, if one or maybe both tackles get hurt then we also would go winless for the rest of the year, we need another tackle badly, did you notice we lost hairston recently?

  5. trent edwards,

biggest fraud that cost us 2 seasons while we hoped he would throw more than 5 yards downfield and act like a man. he would fake looking downfield, fake his "reads" then just throw to fred after 3 seconds. that or a big 5 yard "out". He cared more about his hair than playing qb, and cared so little about fans and what we said about him that he wouldnt throw deep even until his last game. hes a active citizen of San francisco now, an area he thrives in for some reason ....

  6. Probably not a popular choice here, but....Jason Peters.

probably? What a dumb pick..." um. Oj simpson" wwle so need a left tackle. Never post again.

Bills still need a "throw it up to guy" at receiver, therefore I vote for Moulds/T.O/Jerry Butler

except that t.o. played like a little girl his year here...how dare you compare him to moulds.
  7. I dont do it anymore. But what's wrong with paying for sex? They want to get paid. You have the money.

Another thing, am I the only guy that didnt mind Warren Sapp? He has a nice sense of humor. I like those kind of people.

his commentary always reminded me of a high school kids take on something,..,he seemed like an idiot, an obviously is one. bankrupt after making millions? Enough said.
  8. He's the only receiver in Bills history with back-to-back 1,000 yard seasons. He could catch.

wow really? So having 996 means you can't catch after having 1400 yards the year before right? When a wr reaches 1000 yds, do we automatically win said game right then and there? So important that 1000 yard mark! Oh and do the several game losing drops get erased as well??? Seriously.
  9. JP and Chan. At least both guys seemed to care. Can't say that about everyone else on that list.

exactly, i cant believe one person would pick trent, the most un competitive vajayjay of a person to play football, and also who would pick morone or jauron over gailey or even malarky. Jauron was like a garantee of going 500 at best, no matter what talent you have on your team. marone is obviously a complete pri ck. it amazes me how people cant see the obvious.
