  1. I hated Flutie back then, and can't stand fans bringing up this stupid curse BS

why would you hate a winner? did you like the loser incarnate-slob Johnson and his magical headband? he single handedly lost us that game, regardless of is shoe-flopping antics against a prevent defense who had no reason to fear what that bone-head would do against them. He was a loser in so many ways, rivaled only by t Edwards. We deserve to lose for 13 years considering. Ronnie jones had a job the next year with the bills and Fluite didn't. Idiots consistently run this organization.

  2. Hackett is the number one reason for us losing, how bout a toss sweep at the one yard line with spiller? a pass to a TE in the end zone instead of every third down a a 5 yard out to him. How bout more deep balls where you tell your qb either throw it farther or sooner but stop under throwing your deep guys.

its just the most typical stupid play in football, throwing a pick six at your 1, its an insta-lose-the-game call that I see idiot teams/qbs make, didn't Hackett know tuel is a rookie?

  3. I remember I used to spend time in a high school girls room where she had a poster on the ceiling. "If you aim for the stars, the least you will get is the the sky." While I did not know what it meant at the time, it's been at least a week and now I understand it. Tom Brady got to the stars and now he's just falling back to Earth and still in the sky. He'll take a long slow decline and still be among the top 5 QB's in the league.

ahhh the old taking advise from a high school girl routine........ well isn't that just fabulous

  4. both mcgahee and lynch looked like crap after their second year, then both turned it on after being traded, the picks we got also allowed us to take whomever we got before or after hairston and carder, or we might have taken them anyway with other picks, and lost out on the other two guys we nabbed (don't remember who now) Also, I never liked ML and freds still almost as good as he is and we have spiller to boot as a change up back, ML was too much like fred at the time, slow and plodding. He hadn't broken a long gain in several games when we finally got rid of him.

  5. 1) For the record, I would not have cut Colin Brown. He filled in for a while at OC and didn't play poorly. Do you people remember when Levitre (and I remain a huge fan of him) played center? He couldn't do it. Brown could. And Woods is looking VERY good this season, but let's not forget that he is prone to injury, OK?

    2) Marrone needs to back away from the hurry-up. It makes no sense to go with a huge OL and rely too much on an offense that will tire them out, let alone wear down the defense if and when they don't make first downs. This with inexperienced quarterbacks.

    3) The QB situation is strange, it really is. EJ is more talented than Lewis imo. In fact, I see little doubt. BUT, when he returns, he needs to be coached up BIG TIME. EJ throws (from what I have observed)primarily ropes with little air under them. This takes away from his "touch."

    4) RG111 has proven 2 things to me:

    1) Running QBs can win football games in this league. There is a real place for them.

    2) Running QBs can easily get hurt.

Lewis can run. He really can, and with EJ waiting in the wings, I see little risk in taking advantage of these skills. Marrone should, imo, let him loose and call plenty of designed QB running plays. I say this because I want the Buffalo Bills to win football games.

    5) Cameron Wake is back. I think that plays should be designed for Glenn to kick his ass.

    6) I hope that Spiller can get loose and win us this game.

    7) This game, imo, is a big test for Marrone.

    8) GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

love this post f colin brown

  6. I agree he as been much better under pettine. He is fine for this year, but again want our first pick if EJ proves he's our guy to be the 1st round pick so we have two cover corners, and can focus on TE, and G in the next two rounds.

We're getting closer is what I see for a team. The offense is painful right now, but will improve.

not to worry, usually the first pick of a team will be from the first round. but really, we have two first round corners right now, if mckelvins good why do we need a third first round CB? that's been a running joke for years with this team.
  7. I had no expectations going into this game. I think the game shouldn't even had gone to OT based off of how we played.

However, even with all of that, way to just give up at the end. That was the most pathetic play calling I've ever seen, especially knowing that a punt from there usually puts a team a first away from FG range and that wins the game. That was seriously a joke. And don't tell me about having Thad in there. You trusted him all game to make throws. I just don't get it. And also, why Hogan is in there when you have Woods, Graham, and Goodwin is beyond me.

And lastly, this is now two weeks in a row where we've scored enough points to win and our Defense is just getting owned. I don't care who is hurt, but we got Byrd back this week and McKelvin the past two weeks. It's getting to be pathetic

wyay to totally miss the pointof what happened out there....OT comes down to a possession, we ran it,had a hold, got a third and 5 and coudnt covert, it happens don't blame the D or the O, you actually blamed both, its called football.

  8. I cant believe how quick people are to pile onto one of most productive player.....you do realize Stevie Johnson is one of the most productive bills WR's EVER right?

no I don't, you mean lee evans right? who has twice the stats that sj has to date? or moulds right? oh no I know you meant dubenion who is right behind evans. Reed? right? I mean josh reed who still has more yards than stevie.....oh wait none of them had 3 concecutive 1000 yard seasons. why even play the superbowl? the ultimate acheivement has already been accomplished.

  9. Has been nicked and dinged for years. Still a legit 1.

ohhh god here we go..... "still" how is he "still" a one when hes played subpar this year.....and wasn't a "legit" one any of the other years? he was a "suspect" one I think you meant to say. Yes that is what you meant.

If anything. The hamstrings are hurting from overcompensating for his bad groin. I have torn back muscles and had back strains and my legs were fine. Could be core strength could be just that he has a bad back and hamstrings. The bills pay guys good money to rehab this. The real question given Stevie almost never misses a game is should he be playing? Was he ever a hundred percent? Let's look at the whole pic here.

    link to pic?

  10. Hackett seems a bit stupid, I saw the run game wasn't working in preseason and it took him til week 4 to change it, still haven't seen a screen since week1, ridiculous. Chan however put up 17 points a game or so after week 8 of each nfl season he coached, so whats with the love fest? you all think 17 points a game per season is good? I remember slant after slant, who cant call that?.....but at least he had a screen once a year...come on now Hackett!
