  1. I'm struggling to find your line of thought here. I would argue that the heat would lead to higher levels of dehydration, adding additional stress to the muscles.
  2. Sunday is approaching. What's on the itinerary? In laws are coming to town. Breakfast sandwiches for the London game. Taco dip around 1ish. Chicken quesadillas soup late afternoon. Add Southern Tier IPAs as needed. Feeling good about the fish game, Go Bills!
  3. GB has not threatened downfield throws. Reminds me of something I've seen before
  4. Those fire trucks are kinda cool though
  5. Ty Montgomery looking okay out of the back field. Other than that, this game is a snooze fest Next week ThursdayNF only on NFL network... Titans Jags... I'm sure the ratings will be booming.
  6. I'm not sure that this is so black and white. In my own experience, there isn't a yes and no as far as health. For instance, last Thursday Will Fuller V (also suffering from a hamstring) was active, yet played zero snaps. He was only active as a last resort. Healthy enough if he had to play? Sure. But I think there is a gray area here
  7. I agree with the OP in that our great players need to be as close to 100% down the stretch. Although, idk we can afford to sit a player because they are dinged. I wouldn't say sit all of them through the bye, but there should be some calculated inactives with long term success in mind
  8. Fish are nasty crap Red white and blue will prosper There will be no mercy
  9. Someone suggested that on WGR the other day. It is the most bonehead idea.
  10. We know what we have in Goodwin. Let's see what we can get out of Hunter.
  11. Jon Williams? Hopefully he can hold onto the ball
  12. Rex harasses Tanny but offense sputters 18-9 Bills
  13. I guess I hadn't noticed until Sunday. Not sure how well he fits that position. Idt he offers any pass rushing ability. Maybe will Shaq returning, he will move back to his more traditional LB role
  14. Maybe that's why he is always falling down
  15. Not sure if this was being discussed elsewhere, but did anyone else notice Spikes receiving snaps at DE on Sunday vs. the 49ers? He never had his hand in the dirt but looked obviously out of place. I'm not sure what they were trying to do schematically or what but I just thought it was weird Edit: it looked like he was lined up at traditional 4-3 DE but possibly OLB
  16. I have them at 9-6 entering week 17 vs NJ. I think they can steal one vs the Bengals but likely lose on both west coast games and to the Steelers. Whether a week 17 loss would be good enough at 9-7, nobody knows.
  17. Bad teams sometimes win on Sundays. I agree with your post. Yet, it'd be a little more comforting having a healthy 99 for this game after seeing what they did on the ground yesterday
  18. Idk I heard a rumor they were discussing where to eat after the game. But really, it's awesome to see a successful collaborative effort from the coaching staff. Kudos to Rex for being humble enough for taking a step back and trusting his staff.
  19. Whaley has shown the ability to find and draft corners IMO. Based on that and Gilmore's play thus far, I'd rather see the money go elsewhere at this point in the season. Instead, extend: Robey Brown LoRax
  20. So happy for this kid. Love his blocking. Love his attitude. Love his story. Did you know he is Jack's Grandson? I am excited to continue to watch him prove
  21. I anticipate a much different defensive effort against the fish. I've got a feeling Rex and Co will be feeling a little blitz happy
  22. I don't want to take away from his performance because he has been awesome in more than one element of the game, but I do believe his success to be in part of terrific team efforts. Kudos to the entire DL for playing responsible defense and buying into Rex and co
