That's why you establish or try to establish the running game to avoid teams to pin their ears and rush Josh.

Felt like they tried a few run plays on first down early and got stuffed yesterday no?

I mean they did attempt to run the ball a couple of times and it didn’t yield the same results as what the Bengals got when they ran the ball.

Plus it’s tough to run the ball playing from 2 scores down…which is more of the case these days.

They have to commit to a running game but sadly they don't. It's not like they can't run but it's not a big part of the offense. Yet Josh electing not to take check downs to his RBs also hurts.

I agree his choice to hold the ball hurts them too often but that isn’t an issue with a line that can handle a three man rush.   Which this line cannot do when playing teams like the Jets, Jags, Bengals.

Bengals mixed Josh up really well.

But the worst part was that the bengals entire D line would penetrate regardless of how many rushers it send.

I saw them rush 3 a handful of times and all 3 would get to the QB everytime.

    Disgusting.

The lack of an offensive line that can pass block consistently is egregious add the fact that they can’t run the ball and what you have is worse and I don’t have a word for that!

Forget flashy d lineman who can’t get home.
Forget the diva WR/TE who drops the ball at the only moment that matters.
Forget the RB who mimes feed me the ball only to fumble at the goal line.

Give me an O line than lines up with 4th and 1 And everyone knows the QB sneak is coming and runs it anyway!!!
Give me an O line that doesn’t need “help” when they send 5!!!!

With an offensive line Josh picks teams apart with the combination of his legs and arm!   Stop with all this other stuff already.

  4. If this team is to do anything with Josh Allen as their QB they need to address the O line.    If there was any semblance of run game and better pass blocking Josh is lights out.   He is more gifted than all the other QBs but he’s exactly the same as them with pressure…every QB makes mistakes with constant pressure.

The O line is what needs addressing first above ALL else.

There is such a rule about stopping forward motion but the NFL applies it randomly.

I thought that it could be called but bang bang play and he breaks that tackle and runs forward they are letting it go.    And that little freak does that all the time.   So I’m good with how that played out.

Maybe you should stop being so cynical and realize that “most” aren’t rooting for injury, we’re simply reminded of the frustration of our injury luck these past few years when other contenders top players go down and bounce right back up.   Meanwhile ours are carted off the field, not to be seen until the following year.

Just calling it like I saw it pal.   Relax.

I don’t think anyone is rooting for injuries it’s more ‘why do other teams lose guys and they come right back but our guys are out for the season lol

That sounds like rooting for them to suffer the same fate of season ending injuries to me.

nobody roots for injuries quite like this place, it's bizarre

I know.  That’s just awful.   I always wanted to play teams with their best players out there so there was not a question when you laid the smack down….no bs excuse of “oh if we only had so and so…”

No more injuries for anyone for goodness sake!

    Go Bills

  9. Another game interrupted by life.   In Austin TX for work and the hotel didn’t even have the game on in the lobby or bar because they could not get it.   They just didn’t care….

Watched as much as I could (on my phone) while “networking” with co-workers and getting updates from my son….so I don’t have a great feel for what happened but hey a win is a win!
