- The 2012 meetings Hunter had in Moscow with Putin ally Ara Abramyan and other Kremlin oligarchs
- Hunter’s efforts to sell intelligence for $80,000 that he somehow had acquired on sanctioned oligarch Oleg Deripaska
- The deal Hunter’s Chinese partners at CEFC announced with Russia in 2017 to buy a $9 billion stake in Russian state-owned energy company Rosneft
- And just the fact that all his Ukrainian benefactors were Russian speaking and Moscow aligned.-
