  1. It's not just Joe Marino who said this about sanders. DJ, Mel kiper etc. I should have mentioned that in my original post
  2. Yep I understand. It's Not just Joe Marino though. Daniel Jeremiah, Mel Kiper etc didn't have Sanders ranked high at all
  3. Ya that's fair what you're saying- I am just trying to say I think it's fair to question Beane with this pick though, and we shouldn't Just put blind faith in him based on his track record drafting d lineman Could sanders be good? Absolutely. But I think it's fair to question it
  4. Looking at the teams in round 2 left, I do think he falls to round 3. Guy must have an IQ like Forrest Gump
  5. That's true- But Beane also doesn't get the benefit of the doubt when it comes to D lineman
  6. I don't know too much about these guys- But Joe Marino is one of my resources and he has this guy as a mid 3? Kiper and DJ also didn't have him high Does not sound great
  7. Ya if you draft another corner at that spot, you're basically signing up for one of your first or second round picks to be a back up for multiple years - Just wouldn't make sense
  8. Only argument would be the elam trade up in 2022 haha. But agreed, for the most part they know what they are doing when it comes to corner
  9. Would you have been happy with him at pick 30?
  10. I think you meant to say Dorsey as he was the OC still in 2023. But ya, Dorsey wanted to run 12 so it aligns with what you're saying
  11. Football is by far my favourite sport, but hockey playoffs are by far the best IMO.
  12. You're right, I stand corrected- for some reason I thought it was post 2003 lockout for a few years , but it was post 94-95 lockout
  13. Gretzky is arguably the GOAT for hockey, no disagreement there. But Ovechkins goal record is legit. You make it sound like scoring one timers from the top of the circle is easy- If it were, every team would have a 50 plus goal guy every year. He has a feel to get open on power plays, and his shot is lethal
  14. He admitted he doesn't like it in an interview a month back Josh Allen is on the bills, right? So like I said, it's a cheat code for the bills since he's the running doing the play
  15. I don't understand why McDermott wants it gone lol.. Its basically a cheat code for the Bills. (minus the championship game)
  16. 26 million guaranteed? Seems like a big overpay IMO
  17. Good post. I think a lot. Cook wants 15 mil. (Or close to) And guys who get that money, play 75% of the snaps roughly. With the bills signing Ty Johnson back which eats up a lot of 3rd down snaps, I definitely think it's a clear indicator the bills see cook more as a 50% snap guy, which would effect his value
  18. Exactly- The Bills O line is elite- Cook had massive holes to run through all year. I am not trying to say Cook isn't a good player, because he is. But at what cost? I would rather a mid round pick who would make 2-3 mil per season, combined with Ray Davis and Ty Johnson- At let's say 80-90 % of the production. Compared to paying Cook 12-15 mil
  19. What's the common denominator behind let's say moss and singletary not succeeding a ton in Buffalo ? (Cause I don't see how those washed up vets you listed is a good comparison) Bills o line, and especially the run blocking was awful. Moss was a beast in Indi- Singletary had a very good year for Houston when he left Buffalo. And the one game James cook did miss this year, Ray Davis had 150 scrimmage yards Is James cook the best RB out of the guys you listed? For sure- But if this O line stays in tack, and as long as Josh Allen is the Qb- The run game will be good
  20. Ya I 100 percent agree with all of this. And this is exactly where I'm at with cook as well
  21. Unpopular take, but not that concerned. I hope he's the RB for 2025, as yes, he is a good player. But... RB is such an easy position to fill, and the bills o line is borderline elite. I feel like most backs would have good success behind this o line
  22. Still sucks, but... Chiefs getting crushed in the SB, and Josh winning the MVP, was at least a minor consolation prize
  23. Ya, maybe. He's a twitchy, route runner- If he loses some of that twitch cause age/acl, going to be a lot tougher for him to find production
  24. Ya fair points- I am a bit torn on if I think Diggs is done or not though. 2023 2nd half season with the bills- all his advanced stats showed he was declining pretty rapidly. Last year he was pretty descent before the injury , but he didn't have to be the "guy" and was used more in the slot position. Now coming off an acl going into his age 32 season? Not gonna say he's done, but i think the tank is running pretty close to empty
  25. Fair- But Diggs was what, 26 or 27 when he came to Buffalo? Now this year he's turning 32 coming off an acl injury.
