I think that's fair But at the same time it's hard to ignore his record without Tom. Tom Brady covered up a lot of his mistakes/poor draft selections. Even in that 2012 year when they lost in the SB to the giants, they got to the SB with having the last ranked defence. BB supposed to be a defensive coach but Tom Brady somehow carried that team to a SB appearance.

However in fairness to Miami- They are coming off a short week when their D played 90 plays in the heat, they are travelling on the road, and they lost their starting QB in the 2nd quarter. Pretty tough circumstances for them last night to be fair.
