    And the flag is not a representation of our veterans, rather the other way around. Kneeling during the flag is not a slight on the people that have fought to protect the flag, because they didn't fight to protect the flag. They fought to protect us and our rights. The flag is just a symbol and everyone interprets it a little different.

    These guys are on the clock, but they are better than everyone else at their job. You fire all the good players, especially she so many of them are doing this now, the NFL is toast. It's that simple, no matter whether you think you're right or wrong. Kap is no longer in the NFL partly because he isn't good enough, and partly because he was the sacrificial lamb in starting the protest.

    Going into this week there was a lot of chatter about how bad a lot of the games were, especially offensively. This game was the best surprise imaginable.
