Fact is, both of these teams are quite bad.

He needs to freaking slide. Finally, he has a great play and he loses it.

EJ's deep passes are terrible.

EJ has looked absolutely terrible out there. Those last three plays were atrocious.

That's just it. EJ doesn't look ready yet. He's learning, but I'm sorry, for the most part, he hasn't looked good so far this year. He had a couple nice plays here and there, but not nearly enough.

This offensive play calling tells me the coaches have no faith in EJ today.

I wouldn't be so quick to blame the coaches and the play calling. Our QB isn't very confident and isn't playing well.

I love going for it on 4th, but need way better execution. Needed a quick hit play. You know the pressure is coming. Can't wait for something to unfold on 4th down.

We need to call plays like that. It'll get out of hand soon if we don't.

They need to open EJ up a little. Actually, a lot.

I like a lot I saw from him, but I'm not going to call it a great performance. It's something to build on. I think the coaches limited what he was doing… Which I understand. I want to see some big plays and some deeper throws. I'm looking for some progress. I did love the two TD passes. They were some nicely thrown passes. The following isn't directed at anyone on here or anything, it's just a comment… I keep reading and hearing how people will take this game. I don't get that. I want to win. It's a loss. Yes, it was a good game. It was exciting, but it is a loss. We've seen this result many times though. We've played the Patriots well before. They haven't always blown us out. One of the biggest problems with this team in the past has been the lack of ability to win. We still need to learn how to win. Like I've said, Ive seen this loss before. Let's see what we do the rest of the season. We can build upon this game, but we need to see wins.

our secondary has made plays, but they are guilty of some seriously poor coverage as well.
