  1. As Norman Bates once said: "Conservative clothes never go out of style."
  2. Is it really though? I mean he dropped a TD hit him in the hands.
  3. does that qualify as a suit? To me, a suit must include a tie. That's more of a blazer situation
  4. Amazing that a non-bills fan gets it, but kind of cool in a way, too.
  5. Fans got what they wanted, and not surprisingly, it didn't work.
  6. Reasonable. I really don't find fault with any of this
  7. Sorry, but I can't buy that thinking.
  8. I'm not asking for sentiment. I'm asking for a reasonable plan if you think things are horrible.
  9. So you completely discount McDermott being able to grow and evolve?
  10. Ok I'll ask you the same thing: what's your succession plan?
  11. Speaking of not seeing the forest for the trees: what's your miracle succession plan?
  12. ^ THIS, all of this and nothing but this.
  13. Who'd you rather be a fan of today? The Bills or: The Patriots? The Jets? The Fish? And that's just in our division. I'd rather be in OUR position than any of theirs. OK, too small of a sample size for you? Well, how about we widen our search to the broader AFC as a whole: Ravens? Bengals? Browns? Steelers? Texans? Titans? Colts? Jaguars? Chargers? Raiders? Broncos? Chiefs? Even on THAT list, I'd probably only want to swap places with the Chiefs, MAYBE the Ravens (based on coaching alone), and possibly the Titans. That's it. By my reckoning, the Bills' situation is better than TWELVE other AFC teams, which puts them in a really sweet spot at the moment. I know that spewing bile and raw emotion is all the rage these days and that logic and reason take a back seat more often than not. But if you look at the REALLY big picture, the Bills are in a pretty good place today with Beane and McDermott. Blowing all of it up would be a blunder of EPIC proportions.
  14. He's absolutely correct. There's a boatload of emotion in this fan base but a deficit of logical long term thinking
  15. It's impossible to reason with the unreasonable. I give up.
  16. How's the boycott going? No we don't.
  17. And may I remind YOU that Tyrod was an 8 year vet that season, and Josh JUST completed his first full season as a starter? You'd have to be willfully ignorant to ignore that little bit of information.
