Would be odd to be in deep with Watt and not make at least a semi-big splash at DE. Team is win now, drafting one prob won’t help much right now
The situation about Watt wasn't based on the field production merely, they wanted a consummated pro that can teach the younger players already on the team, and possibly a rookie how to be a pro

Those are a lots of
ifs

I'm OK with this, hoping they get the same results as with their previous pass rushers free agents
-
Thr way the market is developing, we should pick a pass rusher in the first two rounds, in free agency is harder and very expensive

No, he is no that "speed", maybe he is not faster than one of our backs, and the good one from SF backfield was and still is Mostert

every day sounds like Williams is a goner, to much to equal what others teams can offer, that opens a (big) hole with Ford and the rookie at that spot, could be scary

I'm usually an anti-Pats players, but lately i notice Lawrence Guy is FA, he is a player that could push players around him, my concern is that he is able to play in Buffalo's defensive scheme.

TE is a position that takes a long time to develop in the NFL from college. It took Ebron a long time to become a TD machine the past few years. Heck, Pettigrew, didnt even pan out. I don't want to give up on Knox. He's super athletic, but he's still learning. He can't block and is prone to drops, although it was better this year. Lee Smith is most likely going to retire. Out the following list of FA or players that most likely will be cut, who do you think makes most sense with salary cap and age in mind:
Jonnu Smith
Zach Ertz
Kyle Rudolph
Gerald Everett
Hunter Henry
Dan Arnold
Jared Cook
Jordan Reed
For me I think it comes down Everett, Smith, or Arnold. They are vets, but still young with not a lot of injury history. Cook, Reed, and Ertz are old or have injuries and Henry is too expensive.
Who does everyone think is a reasonable signing both money wise and skills wise?

Is Clowney a borderline bust? His play isn't bad, he's just not the impact player the #1 overall pick is supposed to be. His production is a middle of the road player.
Update
Nope, I change my mind. He's not a bust, he's a very solid player. I just had a crazy thought in my head this morning.
He is a great run defender, not so much rushing the passer, and we need pass rushers DE's. Certainly not a bad player, sometimes just looks lazy (for me)

Now 3(with me)
I had forgotten to vote🤦

DJ Jones was totally underated in SF SuperBowl run, last year had a down year maybe because injuries that sidelined him 3-4 games the year before and he never recovered (don't really know)

For crying out loud, it's the last line you quoted dude:
if we don't trade for mccaffery, etiene or whoever could be the guy to be the 1 to moss's 2, im really not certain on one player over another. i'd assume we could get OG in the 1st and RB in the 2nd.
if, IF, we don't trade for mccaffery, we can get an OG in the 1st. if we traded our first, i think it's rather evident that we wouldn't be able to use it on an OG.
But why overpay to Carolina for a player you have to overpay 💵, if you want McCafrey don't waste a 1st, much less two 1st. To take the load of his contract you must pay less, much much less.
And certainly i want interior OL in draft

well, not that watt is gone, my dream offseason is to trade a first and possibly even a future pick for the super RB in carolina. i know it's a pipe dream and won't happen, but you throw him on the O, and we might be harder to stop than KC.
i say we throw cash at a pass rusher in FA, cut some dorks who didn't produce last year, sign williams at RT, cut morse and brown, sign mongo and move him to C, draft a good OG, and get OLB (if that's not who our pass rush singing is), cb2, and TE in the draft.
we'd have to wiggle a bit to get it all under the cap, but i think we can do it. if we don't trade for mccaffery, etiene or whoever could be the guy to be the 1 to moss's 2, im really not certain on one player over another. i'd assume we could get OG in the 1st and RB in the 2nd.
🤔 People don't want overpay to Watt, but you overpay Carolina in order to get McCafrey 🤔🤔🤔 then you want a G with the same 1st you used to get him.

Have you ever read latin american authors?
I'm mexican and not so good in english,
that's why I don't read in english and most of my readings are of those authors, and classics, like Dickens, Dostoyevsky, Balzac(😍) and recently i read east of eden and grapes of wrath and want to read more of Steinbeck.
all this without being an avid reader.

Which one is that? He plays 3-4 DE
in recent years this has been the case, but his prime years were as DE in 4-3, besides, he can play DT in obvious passing Downs

We have a overrated QB. I wish we had Brady. This organization can’t win regardless it seems. I wouldn’t blame Rodgers if he went to a different team tomorrow.
Every QB that achieves anything starts to be overrated. But certainly without him GB doesn't even make playoffs

The refs really think too much to call this, clearly an unsportsmanlike conduct. Especially after the flagged KC's # 32 in the 1st half for the same

No back would have succeeded with our line this year, singletary was great last year, he didn't suddenly suck, the line did.
My question is are the OL or the scheme the who to blame for

This is great, too bad we couldn't push the chiefs around like this. Guess we do need a better run game and TE.
That hurts, bucs should have passed it there.
Oh man, I just imagine a personal from Allen in that situation

At the end of regular season the league said will be the NFC east champion

But that punch deserved him been to be ejected.

They attack him every play from different angles
And Jones is killing the inside of the OL, immediate pressure every play
Yeah the same Jones that must have been ejected for punching mongo
