    So if you break into Disneyland and they try and kick you out you can refuse and say you need to wait for a future court date to be told to leave and then continue riding the rides for free? I'm trying to understand the logic here how anyone can defend someone who is not allowed to be here let alone one with a history of gangs and violence.

    I'm not a legal scholar but it would seem appropriate for Biden officials to be charged with human trafficking violations. I'm not sure how you can legally import people from other countries. If anyone else did that it would be trafficking and "coyotes" at the Mexican border get arrested for that all the time

    Anyone here ILLEGALLY has broken the law and must be removed. There is no due process necessary. Step 1: have they entered illegally? Step 2: deport Any other questions about the situation are irrelevant if they are in the country illegally.
