Stevie was our #1 receiver because, even though he wasn't a speedster, he knew how to get open for short yard to mid yardage gains. Why? Cuz our QBs never either have time to throw downfield or just are check down masters that's why.
Hashtag we miss you Stevie...

Schwartz showing some type of blitz. I like it!
-
We need to get the starting defense off the field...

Where was 92 going?

Even if all the starters play on offense, how is it any good if they're playing against 2nd stringers? How is that beneficial at all?
We obviously know they can score touchdowns against 2nd stringers. What we also know is they are YET to score a TD against the 1st string defense of our opponent.

So it wasn't the Flutie curse. It was the curse of your wife. Dagnabbit.
Ex wife... let's get it correct please. It's BECAUSE she was his wife that we kept losing. Wait, the divorce was finalized right?
-
It's a joke...look up Dan Quayle.
Wow! I actually DID look him up and after reading his first quote I couldn't read anymore. He said, "I have made good judgments in the past, I have made good judgements in the future". Lol

Marrone post game interview:
Chris Brown: "So how did Jordan look in the preseason finale?"
Doug Marrone: "Obviously gay is good. If gay wasn't good I wouldn't have him. He pushed real hard in a short period of time. I was pleased."

Kevin Hart is a very funny man. You, sir, are no Kevin Hart.
Ummmmm...

Always interesting to hear what they think. A lot of it, I can't disagree with. However, that one dude who says we're not even close to the top of the Dline rankings needs to learn a few things about our Dline.
He gone learn DA DAY! (Kevin Hart voice) well not today but u know what I mean.

My wife used to watch. Now she's my ex. Got married in 95 the day we crushed the phins in the playoffs, divorced last year. She was the anchor holding this team back.
Now, it's on like a MoFo!!!!
Lol...

I can't wait to hear the announcers say, Gay back deep and then of course they will say, Gay muffed the ball.

Met Life might be half full, but all the tickets have been sold.
I see... Many rich fools to buy tickets to showcase the Jets and Giants. I get it now thanks.
-
Dang. Good move for them. Really like Timothy Wright at TE. That is the type of move we should've made to improve our abysmal TE situation. Wright is up and coming & could really break out in that offense.
Lee Smith could even break out in that offense.
-
This must be a western NY thing cuz here in NYC the Jets and Giants games are always on live and the stadium is always half full.
-
Quinn is better than the two we have. He's not any good, just better.
Also wouldn't hurt to get info on the Dolphins?

There's no way to be positive until the season starts and we start winning.
I'm all alone in my household now (as far as rooting for the Bills). I tried putting my GF onto liking my team and she liked it at first (especially the year we beat NE and even cried) but she dont even watch games with me anymore. She says it's too painful and to just save the games on the DVR if we win so she can watch later.
It also didn't help that when we went to MetLife stadium for the season opener 2 years ago I believe, we had to leave the stadium in the 3rd quarter cuz it was THAT bad...
We're going to the home opener at the Ralph this year and if we have a decent record leading up to the TNF game in Miami, I plan on going to Miami with her to watch the game also.
Here's to my DVR being a little more full this year and my bank account a little shorter. Wait. Is that positivity?

I think we have more of a need for a Williams at RB than at TE.
???

I cant wait to see Glenn vs Clowney and Henderson vs Watt.
The front 7s we face are tough but we did catch a few breaks..
The Lions front 7 is nasty.
The Jets. Patriots are always tough. The Broncos. The Browns.
And we play the Texans Lions Jets and Pats in the first 8 games. Tough. No wonder we knew we had to get bigger and physical up front.
But the Chargers beast NG got twisted like a pretzel yesterday. He might be done.
And for later in the season Raji is out.
So TWO out of 16 games is "catching a break"?

It's more that his 2012 and 2013 combined were overall solid, and he is MILES better than Tuel, and we need someone that can actually push Manuel for his job. Enough of this BS we can't hurt his psyche by bringing in good competition.
So you'd give away a 2nd and a 4th and be left with only a 3rd, a 5th and a 7th round pick in next year's draft to pick up a backup QB?

Changing the subject for a second I can't believe Carl Nicks is out of football because of a bad toe, WTF we can send a man to the moon but we can't fix a bum toe.
You weren't kidding. That IS changing the subject.

It's kind of like a "go with the devil you know" situation a little bit. Palmer clearly isn't starter material based on his moving around the league (and even playing arena football for a year) and doesn't have any NFL stats or game tape to show that he CAN even be good. But neither does Thad.
But my choice would still be Palmer because, I'm not planning on him being the starter anyway and since Thad was looking the way he did all summer, a look at someone else is good by me. Plus, I'm sure he's picked up something (football knowledge not physical attributes) from his brother Carson.
Plus his name is Jordan. I mean come on. Jordan!

Can he play Guard? Oh wait, yes, sign him up...
-
this I can agree with. My point is that just because we have a former lineman as coach, it doesn't mean our emphasis about the line would be any different than any other team. Obviously , there are teams with great lines out there and the head coach was not a lineman.
Maybe I'm just too grumpy.
I agree with your last sentence yet I understand.
If you worked at a Nissan car dealership for 10 plus years selling cars, I'd expect you to have some knowledge (well not some but a great deal of knowledge) about Nissans.
Oh and maybe the word specialist got to you so I'll take that word back... It's supposed to be his area of expertise since he's played the position and coached the position...
