    back in the drought days we always switched coaches/schemes who inherited the wrong fit so we drafted guys who fit their system and then they got fired and the whole cycle repeated ad infinitum. At least we're not living in those days anymore😎

    again, if not a fit for your system, then don't draft him. Especially in the 1st round. You can take that kind of risk on day 3 guys if you really want. A mix of hubris/panic imo with regards to Elam
