  1. Just another example of the Bills organization doing things the wrong way.  They have been slipping more and more in the customer service department lately. How hard is it to have people get their tickets before the first game? Apparently, it is quite difficult. No freebies this year either? Just a few years ago, the tickets came in a nice booklet inside an 8X10 folder with a Media Guide, pins, schedules and coupons. Granted, Drew Bledsoe was on the front of the folder but it was still nice. Now, you can't even get your tickets before the first game. I guess it's just another cost-cutting move to keep the team in WNY.

I don't know how much blame you can put on the Bills Ticket office...I'm probably more upset with the printing company. Mistakes will happen, people understand that, just put the job at the top of the list and get 'er done. But don't tell the Bills office that you mailed out the tickets when you didn't. Maybe we need 'high character' printing company.

I do agree with you about how nice the season ticket folders were a few years ago.

  2. Are you kidding me.... Ticket office says the printing company is to mail the season tickets directly due to the delay. Ticket office also says that the printing company had stated all ticket mailings had already been made but that was found to be not true.....Yikes.. Not good for us who are travelling or having to mail tickets to people we share with......

  3. Whilst I agree with most of the post, I disagree with the Eliot Spitzer observation. I really doubt that "a light went on" with this politician. I do believe this might have been the first time you have heard this man quoted on the subject. But he has personally done more for your tax problem (attorney general insurance company smackdown) than any one else in the last 30 years. And now he wants the postition and title of govenor. This man calls a spade, a spade.

There are men who wish to be king so to speak, that indeed do care about the fix we are in. But by golly, they better understand and admit the fix we are in and not give us some pollyannaish crud about how life is beautiful in Upstate New York.

BTW, Eliot will be appearing downtown at the ballpark on Memorial Day. Drop down and see him in person. It will help anyone to make up thier mind about a once and future king to see him in action.

I have met Eliot Spitzer and regard him highly. I think that his ideas would fit in the middle ground of much of what I read on the wall. And I am quite sure you would be impressed by the man too. But rather than take my word for it, go listen to him. And not just to his TV commercials and 2 second media quotes.

Yup.... real high character....he's also been suspended from UVA rec sports program for threatening a female umpire..... a real class act...... people here in Charlottesville think he's an a$$.

My friend at UVA athletics tells me he's coming off shoulder surgery????

  5. I am also embarrassed. Levt, Wilson, Jauron should be renamed the 3 stooges. Pathetic, absolutely pathetic. I'm done. This is the last straw for me. Totally an organization with no sense of itself whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!

As far as being a Bills fan...When does it stop being loyalty and start to be stupidity? I gotta know?? ;)

  6. Next year, we're likely to see Mularkey gone and Levy hire a new GM full time who will pick a new coach.

I think MM showed significant improvement this year and I believe he will have a decent 2006 year provided he gets improvements on the lines. I'm not surprised if he finishes 2006 and maybe beyond.
