Sounds like a good signing. Dude has some long arms! Hope they are not done at DLine. Interesting that he can rush from the 3-technique.

To me, lack of pass rush is our biggest weakness. I would rather roll with Levi and Knox if needed to fortify the pass rush. Let's go!

The following two names were not on the poll of "what pass rusher do you want" (I voted for Dunlap). But I trust Bills to make judgments on two potentially great adds:
1. Ryan Kerrigan - Bills have to judge how much he has left in the tank, but if he has a fair amount he could be a real difference maker. Seems like a great fit.
2. Aldon Smith -- still young (30, may have turned 31), Smith could make a difference for years. He is a chiseled 285 lbs, one of the best pure pass rushers of the last decade and stout against the run. If you read about his turnaround, it is quite a story. Personally, I believe in redemption. But so, so often, it is not real. I trust our front office to do the diligence to figure it out with Smith. If they decide to sign him, I would be wildly supportive. If they decided "do not touch" I would fully understand. But I think Aldon is a much better risk than a (*^*&%^$^#like Sammy Watkins - at least Smith was once great. Played all 16 last year.

He has worked so hard to improve his game. No fumbles - hope I am not jinxing him. Respect McKenzie a ton and love that he is back.

In before the 3 pages of “git-r-done Beane” posts.
would love him on the team, but don’t think we have the $$ and we have more glaring needs elsewhere.
I only see one so far so: Git-R-Done Beane!

Barkley has a place in Buffalo football history. Great teammate, class act. I was bummed about some stuff the day of that Jets game. I will never forget it. Go get 'em in whatever you do next Mr. Barkley. And thank you!

OH NO. Not even at the vet minimum. Develop someone who could be good, stay on the field and be a good teammate. If they want a receiver, sign Higgins. Can't believe our management would take this nut job. They got rid of him once. So what if he can play a little. So can a lot of guys.

Thrilled for all this team gave us. I am thankful for these Bills!

Brown. Not healthy. Will need surgery.
Cole. Not healthy. Will need surgery.
Gabe not healthy. Who knows.
Combine that will loss of moss and its tough to keep up with KC.
Couldn't agree more. Diggs not healthy either. I think the damaged receiving corps was a big factor on offense. Sure would like Najee Harris!

I believe the consensus at the beginning of the year was the season would be a success if we won a playoff game. We won 2. It was a great season. We just need to make sure we keep the upward trajectory. We are close.

White, Poyer, Hyde, Milano - all keepers. Our D-Line signings were a downgrade from last year it seems. Need to fix the front.

We are a couple players away on defense. Beane and McD will figure out what we need. Not every signing works. We had Benjamin, now we have Diggs.

Heads up folks, the boys gave us a great year. Wasn't to be this year, but you know we will be back!

1966 re-done. Instead of us losing to the Chiefs for the right to meet GB, we vanquish them and take out The Pack.
Fingers crossed so as to prevent jinxing.

Do you actually WATCH the games?
Smoke 8 receptions for 62 yards, including a 21 yd reception and one nominated for "Toe Drag Swag".
Also blocked to set up Diggs TD on the WR screen - good blocks by Brown and Davis. "They do nothing" sheesh
If you watched the all-22 you'd see that the Ravens really played to take Beasley away, as they did last year. Very physical handsy and bracketing him. He had Humphrey on him a lot, one of the league's best slot corners. But last week 7 receptions on 7 targets for 57 yds. "They do nothing"
It's not an accident that one of them saw more action against the Colts and one against the Ravens. The respective teams game planned to take one or the other of them away, but it's really hard to take away both while covering Diggs.
They are gutting it out. I think they are hurt too. Smoke doesn't average 7 yards a catch when feeling good. Beas definitely could shake Humphrey if he was 100%, IMHO.

Here we go again with the "cut morse" takes. The dude is one of the best pass blocking centers in football and we only save $5 million by cutting him. I don't get it.
Cutting Morse is not based on performance, it is risk management. One more blow to the mellon and you flush that $5 million of cap space. I don't mind if they don't cut him, but I wouldn't lose Milano, Mungo or Williams to keep him.

I thought his video was great. Perhaps I am too easy, but for me - anyone who want to hop on the Bills train, well, ALL ABOARD!!

Found this from 2010, is it still the rule? If so, how many have we signed since end of regular season?
Clubs participating in the playoffs are permitted to sign free agents throughout the postseason, but are limited to a total of four free agent signings, including players on other clubs' Practice Squads, during the period that begins at 4 p.m., New York time, on the Wednesday after the final regular season weekend."

Physical traits can be similar, but you can't replace Milano's heart, work ethic and instincts. Pay the man.
-
I would rather Mahomes plays because it is the right thing to wish the man good health and a speedy recovery. Anything else risks a violation of karma so great that anything can happen. A Homerun Throwback. I have faith in this team regardless of opponent. And if they fall short, let them leave it all on the field and walk away with heads held high. And if they triumph let them go to the Super Bowl knowing they just beat a quarterback just as challenging as Rogers or Brady.

Actually I think the biggest block on this return aside from Tradavious White’s was the block Poyer puts on Hollywood Brown. Brown was most likely the only person fast enough to catch Taron from where they were on the field aside from Lamar.
I loved Milano’s block. I also loved Zimmer keeping up with the DB’s on the run back.
Loved Poyer's block, as well as Milano's, not sure which was more important.

Bills sign DE Efe Obada

What a story. if this was posted already, forgive me (sorry I can make the below a link, but you can paste in google). He was a victim of human trafficking as a 10 year old child with his sister, left homeless on the streets of London. He has only played football for a few years. I am psyched for this guy. Rivera said "it was an honor to tell him he is on the team" because he takes it serious and practices hard every day.
