It seems like a missed narrative in the media so far this week is the fact that Jerry Hughes was on the team for the entirety of Greg Roman's tenure as OC for the Buffalo Bills.
So my question is: how much has his playbook reallychanged since then?
This, to me, seems like a huge advantage for the defensive game plan and, presumably, why they were successful in containing Lamar for most of the game last year.

It would still be Miami in the east...you can get direct flights from Miami, New York and Boston to London......not Baltimore.
It's not unreasonable for the Ravens to fly out of Dulles.

I think that jives with what we've seen.
He's certainly improved his short to intermediate passing immensely.
For whatever reason, he struggles a bit throwing to the right side of the field.
Right-handed QBs tend to scramble more to their right. Josh was terrible throwing on the run this year and also learned to throw the ball away more often leading to more incompletions.

It's easier to fill a TV show w/ highlights of Lev Bell, Josh Rosen, and N'Keal Harry than Quinton Spain and Ty Nsekhe.

Montez Sweat. Looked like a oversized Maybin.
Wasn't the problem w/ Maybin that he was undersized?

I'm just as much of a homer as anyone but you have to be out of your mind to think that Cole Beasley and John Brown are on the same level as Allen Robinson and Taylor Gabriel.
But, yes, both off-seasons involved signing 2 WRs.

Respectfully, I don't think the separation measurement says what the OP thinks it does. That is a measure of separation at the time he throws the ball as opposed to when he is supposed to, ideally, throw the ball. He has to hold on to the ball longer because they don't get timely separation. His buying time in the pocket with his feet and his guts, allows them to eventually get some separation. I don't buy that this particular stat refutes the widely held belief that our receivers do not get open. Dropping catchable balls are another issue entirely.
I took it to mean he only throws to wide open receivers.

CBD is technically a legal substance as of the signing of the 2018 Farm Bill. This bill allows for industrial hemp production which, broadly, allows for all cannabis products with less than .3% THC.

Doesn’t say who’s reporting it. Healthy scratch for the Pats game is interesting.
I think this is a misleading title. What the rotoworld post is saying is that the optics of being a healthy scratch this game implies he's getting cut/not in the future plans not that some not that someone came up to him and said "you're getting cut this off season".
No need to over-sensationalize something we all already know.

I hope so. Keep them away from our backup (Barkley).
He already played for them once.

I scanned this thread very quickly but there was a provision that all of the contract's guaranteed money voided if he was disciplined by the league.

My reation to all this is that Belichick probably operates with an all business philosophy in dealing with his players. Obviously, it works for the Patriots, and some players thrive in that atmosphere. Others aren't going to. Rex Ryan is the anti-Bill Bellichick, and that obviously didn't work in Buffalo. Sean McDermott's approach is probably closer to Belichick's with a critical difference - he has created an atmosphere of mutual caring and commitment. The coaches seem to care about the players. The players seem to care about the other players and the coaches. Overall, I like that, and think it is healthy, but there is one drawback - when it becomes obvious that a change in personnel becomes necessary, it always hurts a little more to be dumped by somebody you thought cared about you. With Belichick, you accept when you sign with New England that the moment you lose your value as a team contributor you're going to be cut or traded.
Getting cut is part of the process for some.

your so-called truth is not a truth, but a made up self-fulfilling baloney that allows you to get through the day and feel self-assured.
that you immediately turn to the name-calling shows the weakness of your point.

I just looked real quick and RB was not in any pictures of the Edmunds/Allen trip to OBD or in the draft war room gallery (at least, a picture of him in focus).
They knew he was getting canned before the draft.

You pretty much would never see a kickoff in bounds unless a team went for an onsides kick.
Exactly! But if a team thought they could get better field position by kicking off they would still be able to.
They should make it a live ball within a 10 yard window here onsides kicks generally are further reducing incentive to run downfield at full speed.
-
They should just decrease the penalty for kicking it out of bounds. If they made that the same as touchback, more teams would do it.
You'd be reducing the problem by simply reducing the amount of times it could happen while preserving the overall mechanics of the action.

I think in this case her qualifications are moot when it comes to the on-field product. They Pegulas are intentionally clearing the room and trimming the fat to further unencumber the football guys to do their job.
The biggest task managers have is to allow their employees to do their jobs the best they can. One of the most useful traits a manager can have is to step back and empower their employees to do their jobs.
Brandon was a necessary evil at first as the Pegulas were new to NFL ownership and they had no idea if McDermott would work out when hired. They had just endured the (albeit self-imposed) Rex Ryan show and needed some stability.

Would be crazy if Russ was the leak b/c a reporter had the dirt on his improprieties.
A situation like that would support this statement: " but the investigation indicated he was deceitful about that and other job-related issues that were uncovered"

report- Empire State Development downtown stadium proposal
in The Stadium Wall

Have you actually read the book or just the amazon teaser?
All of the case study cities listed have built or renovated (Chicago) major stadiums in their downtown area since the book was published over 20 years ago.
