  1. I believe we'll get at least one of these guys. With the lack of talent at the top, unless we pick up a FA, I wouldn't be surprised if our starters end up Kelsay and Carrington.
  2. Do you all really think we'll draft a QB this year?
  3. I may be one of few, but I trust Nix and company. If it weren't for so many injuries, I really do believe we would have finished better than 6-10. That being said, what people need to realize is that there will be a few more warts on our draft pick at #10, compared to #3. That's what coaching is for.
  4. Is it worth it try and sign him, and let Bell go?
  5. It's overrated as far as determining who will or will not succeed in the NFL, but at least you can gauge true height, weight, speed, etc.
  6. Brandon Washington, G, Miami. 6-4, 320, and can play C, too.
  7. Is Glenn really an NFL tackle?
  8. I like Upshaw, but I think He's locked into being a 3-4 OLB while putting his hand in the dirt on obvious passing situations. How much time does he have as an end? He's not the guy we want at #10.
  9. I picked him in the 3rd round of my mock draft, using the Draft Tek board.
  10. Resign Bell and count on him staying healthy? Not a risk I'm willing to take. I want to resign Rinehart and start him. Draft Adams. Draft Washington in Rd 2 so he can back up Wood. Can DeCastro play C? And before you mention Urbik, remember he's on IR, too. So we have an OL potentially looking like this: Starters: Adams Levitre Wood Rinehart Pears Reserves Bell Washington Urbik Hairston
  11. All this talk of DeCastro being oour first pick make me wonder...why not re-sign Rinehart, start him, draft Adams with our ist pci, and Brandon Washington of Miami with our second. He can play C, too.
  12. He would make a nice backup to Chandler, if we resign him.
  13. Well, good for them! Since he was in a "contract year", I think his motivation was a little higher last year than it will be this year.
  14. How is a GM or a scout going to judge whether or not he will keep his weight down once he signs a contract?
  15. I just saw on Buffalo Rumblings that we are rolling over unused cap space from 2011..... http://www.buffalorumblings.com/2012/2/23/2818964/buffalo-bills-salary-cap
  16. Do we need a small role player? If so, why not Kroy Biermann?
  17. i mentiuoned Chandler becasue the Raiders signed a TE (I forgot his name), primarily a blocker, to a $4M/year contract. Chandler will probably ask for more than that. The question is, how much more?
  18. I had that same poster on my wall in North Dakota, too.
  19. And the long answer?
  20. I had this poster on my wall as an airman first class, a senior airman, and a sergeant stationed at Grand Forks AFB, ND, from 1987-1989.
  21. So we would spend a high pick on a guy to play a position where the starter may not be on the field for all three downs?
  22. I just hope Chandler does not get delusions of grandeur when he sees these numbers...
  23. No. I really, really, really, really, really , really want at least our first pick to be on defense. Yes, really.
  24. I would look at Abraham, but would he be limited in the number of snaps per game?
  25. But isn't he a MLB, and hasn't Gailey named Sheppard our starter?
