Watching Green Bay and Houston Texans - both underdogs in their games, come out loose with nothing to lose and stomping the favored teams makes me nervous about the Bills game.

Please stop. Let’s not invent things to worry about. There’s a LONG line of that weak mentality thinking over the past MONTH.

Bills are not the Browns, they are not the Cowboys, they know exactly what it takes to win.

I feel like majority of yall are overlooking Pit big time. Not that it matters, I'm sure players/coaches are dialed in but I expect a close game, similar to NE,LA and Mia, hope I'm wrong and we win by more than 1 score.

I definitely expect a W but they'll be tough, won 3 straight,  despite losing Watt, they get back Minkah Fitzpatrick.  Rudolph has been slinging the rock, Najee and Warren are running very well, hopefully Rasul and Dodson can go.

Bills are due for a whomping on a team.

2 less days of rest against a team who proved last night weather does not bother them and has had great success against the bills in the playoffs. This just keeps sounding better by the minute

I saw  a KC offense that struggled to score TDs against a depleted Dolphins defense that had no LBs.

Take Rice away, Kelce isn’t the same.

If true, that would have been interesting to see the fan split in the Benz. Tons of Bills fans In Atl, there are a lot of Steeler fans everywhere it seems.

I would’ve gone for sure, close enough. But if the Bills wanted to stay in Buffalo, then I want them to play in Buffalo. Disrupts the Steelers more than anyone else. Our guys only have to worry about doing a virtual walkthrough today. Steelers travel plans are delayed, made much more arduous, etc.

It might not even last til the first snap. Effectively it would be pointless

If the Chiefs win, they will have 8 days rest next sunday, the Bills will have 6. Two extra prep days is huge for top tier coaches like Reid.

THE BILLS WILL BE ON A NORMAL NFL WEEK SCHEDULE.

THEY WON’T HAVE TO PLAY IN A FOOT OF SNOW.

CHIEFS OR WHOEVER WILL TRAVEL TO BUFFALO. THEY LOSE TIME WITH TRAVEL.

That is one of the first things I thought of....

if it had to be done, it had to be done. But that is going to be a huge competitive disadvantage for the winner.

The team that the Bills (or Steelers) will play next week will have 1.5-2 days more to prepare, to rest..etc.

It’s a normal NFL week. It’s not a big deal. Get off the constant worrying people.

I'm so glad I didn't try to drive up for this game.  Imagine the hotel insanity.

I just really hope they don't schedule the winner to play next Saturday.

    They won’t.

For what it's worth, I just saw a convoy of about 10 tractors with back ho's rolling down 20A in the direction of the stadium, with a New York State pickup truck with lights on bringing up the rear (all in the name of safety, of course).  Looking like to me that 1 pm tomorrow is the game.

Wouldn’t they still be needed for a Monday kickoff as well?

    Allen is no mortal man.

He doesnt have to throw it 30 yards down the field, footing will be tough, it’s a different game. You can literally wait for the receiver to get open instead of seeing the play develop.

Diggs: Dances at the line, shake and bake, defender is slow in reaction (footing).

Allen: Oh, there you are. Gimme.

  10. Everyone that is in panic mode NEEDS to calm down. We have the best QB of all time for these elements. Josh is going to thrive, every snap has a chance to be an amazing Buffalo highlight reel type play. The Steelers won’t be able to keep up. He will plant and go, hit an open receiver once the defenders get sucked in, etc. We should be salivating at the prospect of what Josh can do here.

Wind favors PIT. Most important skill in the NFL team in 2014 = a QB1 that can throw. Please see Hoodie and Jests.

    40 mph turns a magical QB1 unicorn into a 1 dimensional donkey...(okay, that's harsh)

PIT was never going to compete in the air and now we've been evened up.

Good thing our QB is not 1 dimensional, he’s a raging rhino that can also throw the ball with a canon.

    Brady was basically a statue.

The weather is bad news for the Bills and great news for the Steelers, who are an inferior team in exactly the areas eliminated by the bad weather. The only difference between them now is that Allen can run more effectively than Rudolph, which is not much of an advantage. The game is likely to be decided by something stupid: a blocked punt, a defender falling down, a fumbled snap, etc.

It's basically a coin flip game, which sucks, because the Bills would blow them out in good weather.

“The only difference between them now is that Allen can run more effectively than Rudolph, which is not much of an advantage.”

It’s a massive advantage. That can crush a defense as the game goes along, especially a defense without TJ Watt.

Allen is made for this type of game, off script, back yard, find a way type game.

Was hoping you would provide some evidence. I guess not.

Because players are going to openly state they’re gassed BEFORE they play a game? Makes sense, raise the white flag and openly admit to the opposing team that we got nothing left.

Game plan was crap. Players were spent, they said as such.

    Think what you want.
