    The clues seen from only the Walk and Turn test aren’t the end all be all and I wouldn’t even say he did horribly on the test. There’s obviously a lot more that goes into a DWI investigation so I wouldn’t try and watch the video and come to any kind of conclusion. What do you mean the open container wasn’t real?

    This isn’t serious right? An empty beer can is technically an open container. If it fell out of a bag of empty cans that you are taking for recycle then I’d imagine common sense would prevail and you won’t have any issues. My advice would be to avoid driving around with empty containers regardless of whether you consumed the alcohol or not.
