    I don't really have a problem with shep. I have a problem with player developement...ONCE AGAIN!!

    I notice he stated some things that make him sound silly, but he does have that passion and fire and wants to win.

    However, he's a 3rd round pick and his play is far from, I mean really far from great. But where is his developement.

     

    And I'm tired of this gap ****!! I haven't heard this from anyone except the bills.

    For over a decade everyone is complaining about the talent on the roster, yet the team changes coaches, GM's and still keeps losing.

     

    Its not the players, its the coaches, the schemes, the GM. The Bills continue to hire cheap cast offs that no other team would even consider hiring, then this team promotes them and gives them a bunch of money

     

    C'mon guys, Gailey was fired as OC at KC so suddenly he is head coaching material? Buddy Nix retires as chief scout so suddenly he is GM material? You get what you pay for in this life!

     

     

    Think about one point for a sec, gailey / nix came in 2010 and changed 8 nobody's on the roster from the Jauron era and yet the team went 4-12., it got worse Jauron at least got them to 7-9 for 3 years So far Gailey is much worse then Jauron. :sick:

     

     

    This failure will not stop until the fans make a stand and say they are not going to buy into a sub par product....then the Bills draft a rookie QB and the stands are filled again ( RW laughing all the way to the bank)

    I definitely see your point. Just remember tho, no one really wants to come to buffalo.

    We really need a no non-sense hc imo. Chan and wanny aren't going to cut it as long as they're here.

    If we need to start over with coaching, I'm all for it. But we need kick ass coachings that also know how to develope players. Buffalo seriously lacks player developement. But I think the talent is there.

    I love all this "CG system" stuff (we've seen it for Vick, RG3, Newton--hmmmm). Anyway, Vick has always taken a ton of sacks--he took 45 or more twice in ATL. His sacks mainly come after he leaves the pocket and he can't find his receivers. He has thrown for over 20 TDs once in his entire career. He has completed over 60% of his passes once in his entire career. Only twice has he thrown for over 3000 yards. This is the guy you want?? He has a big arm--so what? He has know idea how to use it.

     

    You can't make the argument that he is playing better than Fitz right now.

    oh......and plan too. I'm not big on stats weo. I'm big on wins. You can spin it however you want, but I believe he would give us a better chance at winning than fitz does. Vicks oline is ****ty!! What's fitz's excuse??

    Reid's wco offense is bs. That's exactly why the eagles can't win the big dance. A part of coaching is catering to a players strength which andy never did.

    If you look at fitz and cg system it worked perfect for fitz because he can't throw past 20yrds. Its a lot of 3 to 5 step drops and getting the ball out quick.

    I also like the dual threat of having a qb that can use his legs when needed. And the weapons weo, look at the weapons he would have.

    Leave the stats alone and look at the will to win!!

     

     

     

    It is for me, Vick is awful, always has been except one fluke year. You think Gailey can coach him up better than Andy Reid?

    Yeah, 5 championship game appearances with superstar receivers like James Thrash and Todd Pinkston is something to squeeze at. And was there ever a bigger myth than the Dog Killer? He plays well to begin his tenure, defenses adjust, and then he's garbage again.

    The question is....what would Vick look like behind THIS O line with THIS running game

     

    Because frankly I dont know if I like ANY of the QBs in this next draft

    Honestly John, I think he would look a lot better than he does behind that patchwork oline in philly. And here's the proof. They signed one of our castoffs.

    Another thing to add would be the targets. The wrs on the eagles aren't any taller than him. Could you imagine vick, sj, tj, chandler, dn, cj, fj. Pretty potent imo.

    Like I said, I know he's far from the best. However, if we had him for the past two years I just think we could have made out a lot better. Jmo

    Vick still has plenty of game left in him. Andy is the problem. Vick is far from the greatest but imho he's better than fitz.

    I believe he would have flourished in CG system. And we all know he isn't the most accurate, but at least he can get it down the field, geez!!

    Why can the Jets play houston tough to the end? Why did Green Bay wipe them all over the mat? Come on people, put a little faith back into the season. Too early to give up this year, too early and no fun....

    I respect your opinion. I still billieve. Its a long shot, but hey, any given Sunday.

    However, to answer your question pertaining to the jets and gb.......ITS CALLED COACHING.

    I think that's a bit absurd.

     

    I WOULD buy that he's the pass-happy version of the run-happy Schottenheimer.

     

    Both Reid and Schotty are very successful coaches but seem to have a trouble taking their teams to the summit.

    therefore, you just confirmed what I said. He's the reason they can't get to or win the big dance. And I say he's a joke because of his pressconfrences. I tell you SJBF, you gotta hear them!! LOL

     

     

    Absolutely correct. McCoy is not only the Eagles best offensive weapon, but he's also one of the best weapons in the NFL and he does NOT use him. It's absolutely mind boggling. I'd like to punch Reid in the face most weeks. And it's amazing to see just how dangerous their offense is when he gets McCoy going, which isn't hard to do.

    Say what you want about Reid but he has a great record:

     

    Career record 129-82-1 (Regular Season)

    10-9 (Postseason)

    139-91-1 (Overall)

     

    Off the top of my head I'd say Chuck Knox, George Allen, Marv Levy, Marty Schottenheimer, and Reid have to be the best coaches to never win one.

    I stopped reading after you said great coach. Great coaches win the chip and that's the bottom line. He's good ill give him that, but not great.

     

    Please not another coach that falls short every season...he has a high winning percentage but never wins when it matters. Vick Sucks!!! Nothing good will happen to this team until new ownership is in place. I will be patient as always and hope for the best...sigh!!!

    no he doesn't. Far from the best but better than what we have. Imho, I just think he would really flourish behind our oline and in gailey's system.

    All I know is chan is not the man for the job. He just doesn't have "it". Maybe an oc, but not a head coach. Check out the bb blogs from chris brown. Look at the answers he gave on the radio interview. Can't link I'm on my phone.

    But one of his responses to the D was "I don't know". I said to myself, "YOU DON'T KNOW??" How can he not know being the HC. I want him outta here.

    Seriously, dude really needs to be caned!!
