  1. My first fry for my wings is at 225F for about 20 mins, you want the skin to be crispy but not brown. Put them on a cooling rack for about an hour then put them in the fridge overnight. Second fry is at 400F for about 10 mins, take the wings straight from the fridge to the fryer.
  2. Yea agreed, you know if the ball is turned over your defense can hold and get you it back. Take more chances. My word he is as old school as they come.
  3. For me, the double fry aka confit is the way to go. I fry on a low temp, then let them rest and cool. Put them in the fridge overnight and then next day quick fry them at a higher temp.
  4. Playoffs, because then there is always a chance for anything.
  5. Well the wings are really good, best place to start. They also do a Buffalo Chicken Burger that's real nice. And they only serve bleu cheese sauce. They have a couple different other sauces that I haven't tried yet. I think they've gotten into some pubs in London as well, serving it as almost street food.
  6. Have you been to the Orange Buffalo in Shoreditch? They do the closest I've found to actual wings, Buffalo Style.
  7. Aunte Bessie? Or you got a shop that makes them?
  8. Ah man, come on Yorkshire pudds are like super easy if you're making roasties too!
  9. Ravens - 17 Bills - 10 Both defenses make it a rather boring game.
  10. Yea, there are better QBs out there eligible for the practice squad ? He has 2 accrued seasons as of now, so I guess he might be?
  11. I'm pretty sure he isn't eligible for the practice squad:
  12. He did it like 2 times in the Bengals game, he also showed he can go through his reads. Peterman hits the back of his drop and the ball is out, unless the guy is covered. I'm not even sure this is up for debate plenty of people who watch the Bills comment on it. He knows where he's going pre snap. So defenses will play more Zone with him so they can watch where he's looking and break on the ball. Look, I'm not saying they won't stack the box and stop Shady but if you don't think they would plan differently for Peterman vs Allen, who's shown he can go long, I'm not sure what to tell you.
  13. Um sure they are. There is film on Peterman. He has tendencies. As I've said previously, the defense may play more zone because they can watch him. He tends to lock on and go with his first read. This is what allowed the Ramsey interception in Jax and a couple of the ints in LA.
  14. I'm sorry but that's just not true. The throws Allen can make and the one's Peterman can make are completely different. And how they play as QB is very different. CBs can play more zone against Peterman because he seems to pre determine where he's going before the snap, locks in on a receiver. Zone allows the CB to watch the QB and break on the ball. Whereas with Allen the receivers might play more Man coverage and force Allen to hang in the pocket and hold onto the ball. Peterman also can't make long out throws, this will allow the Safetys to creep up and put more men in the box, disrupting the run and the middle of the field throws he likes.
  15. Can't say I'm surprised. It'll be interesting to see how long it lasts for. I'm not sure I agree with the "earned it" crowd considering it's preseason and plenty of players "earn it" and are now out of a job. We will see what happens when teams game plan for Peterman.
  16. Probably would have been a better thread if it was.
  17. Well the Bills have 53 now.
  18. To be honest, of the guys on the bubbles for the TE group, he’s been the most “meh”. Logan Thomas was a beast blocking and looked really good receiving in the last preseason game. And Croom and Lee have looked really good too.
  19. Still even with Hatley, that would only be 4 DTs if they cut Washington... and Kyle is hurt, they have to keep 5.
