That’s more high motor, lunch pail hard workers than 1 team can handle.

I feel like the original Mario Williams Panda Watch thread empowered TSW posters to bombard every thread like it since with nonsensical garbage bc "ground up and in the freezer" was "legendary".
Every time I think "hey, there's been a lot of activity on this since I last looked maybe something has happened" I've signed on to pages of discussion about bleu cheese on steak.
You should ask for your money back.-

A friend of mine chided me once for saying he shouldnt put Coke in a nice single malt whiskey. He said "why should anyone tell me how to enjoy my single malt?"
Your thoughts on his opinion ?
I realize there’s much more important things going on in the world, but he should go to hell and no longer be your friend.-

Nope, baseball was my game as a kid.

The two seats in front of us were available during upgrades a year or two ago. I’m regretting not grabbing them to have a block of 4.

How great would that big dummy’s schtick go over in WNY? He’d be such a great fit. Like a less evil Gronk.

San Francisco sucks. It’s a major city built on the side of a cliff, it’s always 62 degrees, and it rains every day.

I agree with that sentiment. We are good enough to have "a ticket to the dance" on likely a yearly basis. That is all we need. By that, I don't mean ticket to make the playoffs, but ticket to be an actual contender. Once we get to the dance, you never know what can happen.
The way the offense sputtered does not worry me. The defensive game plan in the last game does a little, but this staff has shown the ability to improve.
Agree with all of this. All I’ve wanted the last several years is to be good enough to make the postseason more often than not. Get there and take a shot. So far so good.
And for the first time in forever we have a competent front office on the same page with a competent coaching staff.
That’s a recipe for consistent success, and unless things go very badly sideways, we seem to be there.

What a terrible game. No way the Bills would’ve laid down this badly. Screw the Chefs.

Oh, now they mention the family that Reid’s kid ***** up.

Mahomes looks like half the QB Allen is when he cant sit in the pocket and hit wide open players. He looks like a sandlot qb tonight
Getting all bitchy and weepy with the refs, I love it.

I’ve always felt a kinship with the Raiders. Al and Ralph were like two very different sides of the same coin, and their fans were always batsh*t crazy like us, but even scarier. Damn shame about the move.

Those Bease quotes read like the early scenes in a documentary about this era after we rip a couple of Lombardi trophies.

Josh had a great season no doubt about it, but when the big game comes he choked. I feel like Josh's mentality is more of Alex Zverev and not that of Djokovic (Tennis Fans).

What I’ve really wanted is to become one of those teams that is consistently competitive and makes the postseason more often than not. Three of the last four years is a good start, with a nice little run this year.
I know it sounds like moral victory mewling, but screw it. I first bought season tickets in the goddamn Chan Gailey era. I am in it for the long haul and will choose to focus on the positive.
For the first time in forever we have a thoroughly competent front office. Address the weaknesses in the off season and do it again next year.
Go Bills.

Screw em. I love it. Go out fighting. Chiefs and their fans have risen to New England levels of assholishness awfully fast.

Couldn’t turn around Cuse, BUF or Jax. Maybe he’ll be the one to finally figure things out at Bama.

A blood choke can turn someone's lights off pretty fast and could explain why he had a hard time standing up, but if that was it then he should have been able to play again very soon after. Anyway, if it's some sort of neck injury I think it will hinder him a bit in the next game. Just having a stiff neck has hindered me in many different kinds of sports, and that was from sleeping weird, not having some athletic behemoth pulling on your head.
My wife found this video of a physiatrist explaining the classic concussion symptoms Pat displayed. Like, primitive reflexes, literally lizard-brain sh*t. Cool, but obviously also scary.

I also love how Thurman is always reppin Jerry with his #55 jersey. I always thought RBs and DEs/LBs were like oil and water, don’t know anything about each other and don’t want to know.

I follow Darryl’s wife Janine Talley on Twitter, and she did mention a couple times the last few weeks how much Darryl and the guys were texting and calling each other, not just during but in between the games, strategizing, “game planning” just as excitedly as if they were still playing.
There’s also a great video that Thurman’s wife Patricia tweeted. Someone caught Thurman dancing in his seat in the clubs the other night, I’ll try to find it.
EDIT, found it:

Got the same Season Ticket Times email yesterday. Not at all surprised by the wait-and-see. There’s so much up in the air right now, but finally with glimmers of hope. I’m ok with it.
Off topic, but we have been craving Swiss Chalet something fierce. We’ll be hopping over the border as soon as we can to get some. Miss the days of Swiss Chalet locations in WNY.
