I'll start with our something not expected but painfully true, our special teams play was weak and uninspired. Guys hoping to make the squad based on special teams blocking and fielding need to fear the next 3 weeks. We missed point of attack assignments and seeing Lankster give up our mid field position regardless of score or intelligence was a painful reminder of fundamentals being missed. We can defend the O-line's performance based on not field our best to start the game but our special team has been a mild pride of recent years that seemed to have been missed / overlooked. If we lose our field position based on poor choices, we lose precious yards that will not be easy to make up without more of a grind for our obvious weakness at QB. That my friends is a formula for disaster, prepare.

Trent started with 2 guys he normally would, let's keep this in mind before we call him the anti-crist.

We started this game with backups folks, backups versus Haynesworth & starters. We had 0 offensive chance and had almost 0 chance of mustering much more than a FG in the first half. The Skins played their starters the whole first half and it showed, so I would expect a different game come real time. We also had several fantasy penalties & Corner should of had a pick 6 would would of made it a 3 point game at the time, next play swung it 14 points against. Relax & let's have out first versus the rest of the NFL first, before killing yourself.

Horrible was also a good word to describe the Redskins' 4-12 season, making Friday's game the first step in a cleansing of sorts for both teams, the debut of new faces and new concepts all across the field. The Redskins will unveil No. 4 overall draft pick Trent Williams at left tackle, while the Bills are working in No. 9 selection C.J. Spiller, although the versatile running back is playing catch-up after holding out for the first 11 days of training camp. The Redskins will also trot out Albert Haynesworth, who is working as a second-string nose tackle after missing the first nine days of camp because he couldn't pass the team's conditioning test. It's not the norm for a two-time All-Pro with a $100 million contract to see much action in the first preseason game - especially as a backup - but the Redskins aren't about to let Haynesworth forget how he dissed the team during the offseason.
