Lighten up Francis, my statement still holds.

The damage is beyond done to his image...but Billionaires tend to not go to prison unless they steal other billionaires' $$.

The biggest loser? In my book it’s the New Jersey Football Giants, who still need a QB.
This. Darnold I think was most likely graded higher than Allen (how could he not?) but Sam should be a Giant right now. Saquon is a freak, but will get a lot of wear on the tires against 8-man boxes and no OBJ.

Remember they can carry 90 guys to training camp, so I assume they'll have as many Olinemen there to get "the best 5" via competition.

I think Titans think they are going places and need a backup with starting experience

I think he can play, just didn't work out here after a good looking rook year.
-
Hauschka highest paid player at that table aside from Allen?
-
I am all about trying to get Frank the 522 rushing yards needed to surpass Barry freaking Sanders. We should really get behind this...knowing it's prob his last year.

...despite all of the recent trials and tribulations, hard to deny that they are a solid organization....3 HC's in 48+ years.....Rooney family are non-meddling owners.......SIX Lombardis on the shelf......think about collectively what we would give FOR JUST ONE.......pretty impressive lore.....
It is the classiest move I've seen in sports since...I don't know.
It gets him additional longterm health care benefits - I think - for every additional year he is rostered too. Per NFLPA deal.

The dollars go down as each hour passes. He can play though, no doubt. I wonder if he really is scheme-specific (?) There must be something to that.

Gruden just wants to score points. Can't keep up with KC w/o points. That division is turning into the Big12.

The injury did look bad, but a clean fibula break is much better than a torn up ankle (soft tissue) or a tibia like Alex Smith. Fibula is non-weight bearing.

You would pick him over Reich? Payton? Nagy? Even Pete Carrol or McVay? No you wouldn't, because that would be silly.
Yes, no, maybe, yes, no.

Honestly I think it's impossible for the guy to live up to his draft status. He was like Lebron. His high school games were in ESPN and stuff. He was supposed to be Reggie White. Imo he's been very good, but not super elite yet. I think he's a better fit for what we do here. He's still young and I think his technique needs work. When it's been so easy for you all these years, sometimes your game needs refinement.
Let's be real, he knocked a guy's helmet off and grabbed a fumble. Was he a stud in college? yes. But all these guys were. Is he dominant in NFL?

I think Roman's blocking schemes made a lot of the Bills OL look good. Groy, Kouandjio, Miller, Mills all looked very good those two season and subsequently looked like crap. Not a coincidence, IMO.
This could be true - but the guys closest to the ball on OL/DL should be able to perform in most any scheme - zero tech NG not withstanding.

Lol...Anthony Lynn.
What is LOL? He should have been coach of the year.

Does anyone think Clowney has lived up to his draft status? You send - at most - a conditional 2nd. No way a 1.

I know - but seemed like a promising longterm guard...and either didn't adapt to new schemes and/or staff? Just seems like a complete waste yet someone that had NFL starting talent.
-
I know he is a free agent, but WTH? Seemingly he had a plug-and-play resume and did well as a rook. I know schemes/staffs change, but he was a third round pick. I would say 2-4th rounds are generally the "safe zones" for OL. Early in his career A Lynn was wanting to get him to the PRO BOWL (!)
Just saying: as a team bereft in OL talent, what on earth happened to this guy? He may get a small deal somewhere - maybe LA - but clearly peaked early? Maybe was beneficiary of Woodcognito? Seemed like he was down hill since this story...
"When asked who else he would send to the Pro Bowl from his unit, Lynn didn’t hesitate in naming Miller that man.
“I’d send Johnny Miller. In a heartbeat,” Lynn said."- 1

Would be way too expensive IMO
-
I am 100% fine with what beane is doing. Even if these guys dont work out long term, they are relatively cheap guys that have a chance to prove it. I just cant watch Mills or Vlad any longer.

Tackle at #9, Dawkins to LG

This is absolutely true. Either way, if you have your board set and you project an LT to be franchise, then you do what you need to do with Dawkins. LB has to be addressed either way. I am literally on board for BPO.
