  1. While watching the game with some friends, the conversation turned to the decline of interest among us with the "product" that is the NFL. A league of classless, ignorant, street punks who can't act mature. You have coaches like Harbaugh that act like complete degenerates and the camera can't get enough. Then this punk gives the most ignorant post game interview I've ever seen and the fact that people think that's ok cements the argument. The league has now a large cohort of fans who act this way and think this is ok. Look back at the hall of famers from other eras.... Would Ronnie Lott act like that? Would Kelly, Smith, or Thomas? The nfl is a reflection of the worst of our culture and society and it's turning many people away. Go to a Bills game. It's evident. I didn't have seasons last year because it's out of control and no longer fun... Sherman's act is repeated every game in every section in upper deck and end zones. Life imitating morons.

And one of the people watching last night with us was a lifelong Hawks fan who thought Sherman was neither funny nor profession and downright embarrassing.

Statements like this prove what Sherman said this week are True.

  2. To the people who want Stevie gone...

Remember he just lost his Mom, even played the day After it happened when he DIDNT have to.

Same guy that most DB's in the league cant cover.

Same guy the plays hurt All the time.

If it wasn't for injuries, death, and shaky QB play he, not Chandler, would have been the leading WR on the team.

But yet you want to get rid of him, just like yall run Beast Mode out of town.

You don't get better by creating more holes on the roster. You just don't.

BTW, I voted for Graham, nice speed but he fights to catch the ball. Not Good.

I get what you're saying, however, he has developed and maintained a nasty habit of coming up short in big moments (minus the Carolina game). Also, IMO Manuel tried far too many times to force the ball to stevie, moreso than any other WR. Now IDK if that's something that is an issue with EJ wanting to go to his #1 too much, or if Stevie is calling for the ball in the huddle, but I thought that when things were going well offensively it was without JOhnson.

IMO, we should trade Stevie for something decent IE 2nd-4th rd pick, and move forward with what we have plus whatever we get in the draft.

Stevie has been a very nice player for us, but IMO it's time to cut him loose.

  3. Geno Smith is not a consideration for the Bills in any round. It would be a wasted pick.

Barkely has no track record at any level, either living in or playing in, cold, windy, snowy, sloppy weather. Also, the last two qbs that Lane Kiffen produced were Matt Leinart and John David Booty. His latest product "regressed" from his junior season to his senior season. Something to consider.

The last three California QBs the Bills started... Johnson, Losman, and Edwards went badly. Caveat emptor.

Kiffin had absolutely nothing to do with Leinart, booty, or Sanchez. All three of them played under PETE CARROLL.

  4. it's Tyler Wilson. He's the target. Nobody is talking to him, about him or even thinking about him, but he's the guy Buddy is targeting. Nix didn't think he had the arm, then TW changed his mind during sr bowl week. They've met with him several times, went to bis proday, brought him in for a visit. He has the toughness and character combined with the measurables that Buddy wants. Where we take him will be the surprise.

  5.

yeah, i would love this, but i don't think Jordan is there either. if so, he's probably my pick and the Bills.

you might have to switch Wilson and Dobson's rounds.. .hard to say, but i have a feeling people may be keeping Dobson on the down-low but could go much higher than expected. while things have gotten quiet on Wilson, he could be there in the 3rd. so i think i'd go Dobson in 2nd and Wilson in 3rd.

that may very well be the case. I am likely in the minority here but I really like Wilson. That being said I also think Dobson will be THE premiere WR in this class when it's all said and done, so whichever order we get them is irrelevant, I just want us to steal them both.

  6. Mayock sees Geno the way I see him and said He wouldn't draft Smith in the top 20.

I do agree with Mayock that a scout likely gave Nawrocki misleading information.

One red flag I see with this whole situation is that Geno Smith actually responded. If its off the wall and not true why would you feel the need to put it to bed so quickly. The fact that a player is that easily effected by someone in the media is not good.

Because Nawrocki is spouting Blatant lies trying to Assassinate his character.

  7. I'd take Bridgewater. It would suck to pass on Clowney, but it would suck even worse to have passed on a possibly elite QB. I understand those that would take Clowney, as he's the real deal, but personally, I couldn't pass on a chance at a stud QB. It's been way too long since we've had a competent QB, let alone star QB.

Tough call, Bridgewater or Clowney. Im on the Clowney Wagon, but I couldn't be mad if we took either one.

  8. Yep especially if you leave out the statistic of wins and Losses and the intangible of leadership ability which ranks near the bottom

Individuals in a team game like football do not have a win loss record. Cam newton doesn't have a w-L record. The Panthers have a win loss record. Buddy Nix doesn't have a win loss record, The Bills team does. Back to Cam though, the fact that he has infact been so good statistically yet his teams w/l record is inferior points to other areas of concern. Is Cam perfect, no of course not, but he has been very good. Just because he hates losing and is vocal about that fact doesn't mean he can't lead.
