  1. Brady is on pace for just 46 deep throws this season after averaging 60 in his 12 previous 16-game seasons. He is typically a 40% connection rate on those throws.
  2. The difference between 20 and 30+ is huge. there are allot more throws 20-30 yards then 30+ with much higher percentages. The stat for the league to consider it a long ball is 30+ in the AIR.
  3. Where are you getting BUST from, he is 6-3 this year. My question is can he go 5-2 with the teams we play next and can he win in the playoffs? Can we go 5-2 with Barkley and does Barkley lose us more games? This year we are winning because of our defense keeping cans within Josh's reach. this is only happening with bad teams though.
  4. I am OK with that if we are OK with just missing the playoffs and/or getting there and losing like we did with Jacksonville 2 years ago or worse. Do you see the Bills beating NE, KC, Baltimore, Indy. Sorry we couldn't beat 2-6 Cleveland with the worse HC in the league right now. As bad as McDermott was yesterday, how bad was there HC.
  5. The good ones hit 30-40%, Josh is hitting 6%and zero percent this year. That matters!
  6. When you throw one on 3rd and 3 they matter!!!!!!! Then miss by 10 yards.
  7. Used D & C, Wilkopedia, CBS Sports, etc... D&C had the number for last year, it has easy to add this year with Zero made.
  8. Josh has all the tools, ran for two TD's yesterday. Hurdled a linebacker last year and did hit a few long balls. Not enough to get us to the playoffs this year though. I believe we can WIN now. Just don't believe Josh can do it except with poor teams. Just not ready yet! O-line too new and WR's too new for his experience level. Josh is not a "BAD" QB, just not great yet!
  9. Sorry but Barkley has shown that ability and has a few 300 yards games. He doesn't have Josh's talent and all I am saying is are your ready not to be in the playoffs if Josh is your only choice?
  10. Not writing this to bash Josh Allen, I like him and think he SOME DAY will be a great QB. The problem I have is the Bills could have won two more games with a passer that can hit the long ball. Can Josh throw far, YES. Does Josh have touch to drop a ball over the top shoulder, haven't seen that yet. He is 6-3 so what do you do about this that 9 games hasn't shown you. Can the Bills offense beat Baltimore, Dallas, New England, Pittsburgh and even Denver. Is this Bills team just a QB away? Can they win this year in the playoffs? If your answering YES than Barkley must be given a shot. If your not sure or NO then stay the course and see if Josh develops. I am not saying get rid of Josh, just saying you never hand someone a job without working for it. Josh's upside is huge if this is done right. He is not playing that much better than Taylor at this point of his career. Tough decision, at this point though I see this season's playoff chances in jeopardy with Josh playing like this.
  11. Bills fans did a Go Fund me page for a QB and WR for going to playoffs. Maybe we can get one going in honor of Browns brother for a Charity they wish for. There is a lot that can happen from bringing in Character people with a city like Buffalo. I see the possibilities, you go ahead and be negative!
  12. Brown himself was on a interview openly talking about his brother and his medallion he wears with Chris Brown. Bringing that up is not bad taste, I was specifically talking about the character of the people and what it will generate for the community and the Bills.
  13. Beane has struck gold. Beasley just released a record and Brown lost a brother, wears a medallion in honor of him. His freeagent class has a lot of character that will add to a interesting chapter to Buffalo Bills history. Go on iTunes and buy Beasley's album. lets start a chapter of history like none other!
  14. Tony Hunter, 1st round pick TE before Kelly was picked. Aaron Maybin, 1st round pick DE Eric Flowers 1st pick DE He ran for 1200 at almost 6 yards a carry 1 year. That is far from a BUST!
  15. They took the risk because they have McCarron. Allen needs time to learn to read defenses faster, that is his downfall.
  16. So Allen, with all the skills in the world, is mediocre actually playing in college with easy competition and McCarron with a 36-4 record and 2 Championships, with average arm, over achieves and has a stellar college career get no chance at being better even though he actually played better with stiffer competition. I fail to see the logic! Now I am hoping Bills can coachup Allen to McCarron's level than we can talk about who is better. Right now Allen is way behind McCarron who has 4 training camps, a 2-1 NFL record keeping Bengals in the playoff hunt and almost a win in the playoffs. It is amazing how QB's records and stats are ignored sometimes but elevated others to fit a narrative. I see what you did. I was a 90+ Math/Science student and 70-80 English/History student. This site needs grammar check. Spell check works fine. Sometimes I miss these things.
  17. I like the Buffalo commercials, touch of home. I am using working on equipment or driving and it keeps me from falling asleep yelling at them, lol.
  18. They went farther than that, they were gleeful in the idea so Allen would take the job, often seem to want Buffalo to be average or worse so they get better draft status. Both are not locked into Allen either and seem to rather assume he will flop to. I listen while at work all the time streaming from phone with bluetooth earpiece. Tasker at least acknowledges the players ups and downs. He definitely doesn't root for failure. It is their mocking tone that tilts what they are saying. I believe she is probably dead by now. Never got the young pretty teachers always the old geezers.
