Did not see this topic yet. Did anyone ever see that happen before where the play called back because the ref did not blow a whistle? I mean they let the entire play happen then threw the flag. Just our luck lol. Guess it would have been good if the Eagles had recovered it.

One thing that bothered me is why did Chan not use the timeouts to at least make the bengals kick off to us? I know its desperation but what the hell.

We are so lucky to be 3-1 ( or un-LUCKY depending on how you look at it). We now see what happens when our offense can't score 38 points! This is the worst defense the Bills have had in 25+ years!! I just dont get their game plan. The corners play 7-8 yds off the receivers and we have no pass rush. Does anyone think we still have a chance at the LUCK sweepstakes?

Bengals first opponent - Cleveland Browns with the mighty Colt McCoy at QB & Hillis at RB, the Browns are currently 25th in passing yards & 26th in total yards on offense.
Bengals second opponent - Denver Broncos with Kyle Orton at the QB helm & Willis McGahee at RB averaging 2.9 YPC, they're currently 22nd in passing yards & 27th in total yards on offense.
Bengals third opponent - 49ers with Alex Smith at QB & Frank Gore averaging 2.5 YPC, they're currently 28th in passing yards & 32nd (Dead last) in total yards on offense.
So after adding all three of the Bengals' opponents passing / total yards together & dividing by 3, you get a league average of 25th in passing / 28th in total yards.
I'd say that based on the level of competition so far, the Bengals defense haven't played anyone worth mentioning to put them in any elite categories & have to play the number on scoring team in the league this week. It's hard for me to believe that Cincy scores more than their average amount of points (19) & the Bills score less than half their average (37.7), that would have to be a 50% increase for Cincy & a 50% decrease for the Bills to get close (not going to happen).
The Bottom line: Cincy is going to lose.

Let's say Andrew Luck came out in last years draft. How differently would things be for us today?
Here is how I see it going down...
#1 Carolina) Andrew Luck
#2 Denver) Von Miller - keeps Orton around
#3 Buffalo) Cam Newton
Cam changes the entire chemistry of the locker room and direction of the team. Fitz is unhappy but plays hard either way. We do nothing about addressing the run, and our defense is once again stagnant.
Week one - Chiefs - we beat a bad team and go 1-0
Week two - Raiders - can't stop the run and DMF goes to town 1-1
Week three - Pats - we lose... bad 1-2
Eventually losses pile up and we all scream for Cam to play... crazy how one player can dictate a direction of another franchise

I think when we came back and beat the Bengirls last year we had a glimpse of things to come. Then almost beating Steelers and Ravens

They must be desperate now maybe the jets can stop the run and not give up over 200 yards a game to the opposing teams. Maybin is a great run stuffer.

It was difficult watching last nights game. Jaws almost made me puke ranting about how Romo is so awsome... look he is even coaching on the sidelines etc. He could not even get in the endzone. Fitz is 10X better give me a break. I just dont understand how this guy is considered an elite QB!!Ok Now I feel better LOL

The man can't catch. Kamar Aiken has good size and great hands, Naaman Roosevelt knows how to get open. Bring in one of these guys and get rid of him..... NOW. We need all our receivers to be able to catch if we are to compete with the big boys !

That is sick!!!!!!!!!! Someone on NFL Network was saying they watched the past two games and could not believe how many different formations the Bills run and that they are able to because Fitz is so smart. The guy is setting himself up for a huge pay raise.

I am watching Red Sox/Ray's baseball game and Bledsoe is in announcer booth since he is being inducted into Patriots Hall of Fame this weekend. Made comments to this effect:
1. he was exiled to Buffalo and it was awful
2. said it's always snowing there and when it isn't it is raining, windy and miserable
3. playing in these conditions is no fun because a quarterback never looks good
4. he never lost in snow when playing in New England and wished he played in more snow games since he always won
If he was as good in the snow as he claims he was then Buffalo should have made it to the Superbowl under his reign.
