Pretty solid idea, but if he's anything like his uncle, he'd play in the UFL for a few years before joining the Bills.
Which would be good practice considering we're not good enough to beat a UFL team
-
Yes, But you got the ball back at your one with just over a minute left.
Very Big difference between that and say at the 30 yd line with around a minute and half.
I would go back to when we had the lead with about 9 minutes remaining and attempt to run the ball once or twice.

Agreed. It's a joke that they're playing games there.
This series is a winfall for Ralph. Put no money in the team and sell sub-par football to ignorant canucks

#90 is good at pointing out false starts o the oline that's about it.
He's also good at convincing the front office he's Aaron Schobel
-
At this point I wonder why we don't give Brohm some starts for experience. I don't think he believes in charity interceptions as much as Fitzpatrick
-
I wouldn't hug Merriman too close. I don't think he'll be sticking around. An extension is a day dream.

I third that motion. Adopting the 60s throwbacks permanently seems like an insult to the legends that wore them.

No, I choose my words carefully.
You cannot deduce that Losman's work ethic is lacking from a series of observations of him reading defenses poorly. If you were to draw a conclusion from these observations, it would be more induction than deduction. Either way, it's unsound because you do not know the reason for his bad play. Could simply be that he's not talented enough--that he is not skilled enough at processing all the relevant information quickly under fire.
Anyway, to conclude that it's because of a poor work ethic is, like I said, speculation...especially since that was never the word on him. I've never heard a hint of anything from any teammate, coach or journalist that Losman did not work hard.
Then he's just a hardworking yet very unlucky loser with a heart of gold?

The same people who are saying that Titans are Super Bowl contenders are the same who declared the Vikings had too many weapons and are sitting at 2-5

first smart move front office made this year
-
If Merriman can teach them how to tackle and start stopping the run. We might win ourselves out of the #1 pick.
-
At least they made the playoffs last year and there's plenty of games left
-
That's not deduction. It's speculation.
That is semantics

Miami makes sense but Tampa is kind of weird as they play a 4-3. I know Merriman played the 4-3 in college but its been 4+ years in San Diego's 3-4. Either way its good to see that other teams thought Merriman had something left to offer.
I would claim him just to keep Miami from yet another upgrade

Fitz took a class at Harvard about humanitarianism so he tries to give back as much as possible with untimely interceptions

I don't see many others on other teams QB trying to look like the Brawny paper towel guy

whatever
Enlightening

Whats really hard to believe is that the suck radius in Orchard Park is has extended to effect the Sabres too

Lindell did indeed hit the 53 yard field goal, the first time!
And when we had a chance to call a time out on Kansas City in overtime? We almost called it! WHOOOOO!

is this Farves weiner?
Ha ha! Gold

I think it became quite clear early what kind of season it would be, so yes, my expectations were and are quite low. But they're my team and can see positives even amid the losing.
Kind of like you have to look past the picture to see the hidden image in the random dots? The only positive is we didn't win any ground on San Francisco and Carolina
-
I like how even though the Chiefs froze Lindell, we would much rather be good losers than to try the same last second timeout trick the Chiefs used.
-
It would be too confusing to acknowledge that our team has at least some talent despite being winless. Lets just all root against them!

Since three different people stated the teams record, I'll be the second to remind everyone that the Pro Bowl has nothing to do with a teams record.

I think they should have gone with a Ralph Wilson as the Cryptkeeper logo
