  1. Does anyone NOT see what an embarrassment for the owners that last CBA was? I thought 59.5% was bad, but 75%? Holy schnikes! How stupid are Kraft, Jones, and Snyder, and will the other owners trust these idjits with creating another CBA?
  2. Yeah, that's another problem for them.
  3. Ralph made Jauron move. And what made Ralph move was the Chefs and Bucs doing it first.
  4. How is it that you've been able to keep that utterly offensive avatar as long as you have? I've only been here 6 weeks, and you've had it for at least that long.
  5. That depends on the health of Westbrook. Without him, they struggle on offense. And with the losses on the defensive side, the offense will have to carry more of the load.
  6. Exactly. Or the meeting Evans had with the coaches. Or the shots Edwards and Evans have been taking at Schonert the past year.
  7. Ralph made the ultimate call. But it came from the players as well. Dick didn't have the balls to do it himself, so to speak.
  8. Pretty much. Funny, isn't it?
  9. Seymour played better than both last year. As for 2007, he had knee surgery in the off-season, was on the PUP list to start the season, and was hampered by it all season long. But he rebounded nicely last year. Green is best as a backup.
  10. So if 55K fans, many of whom were in financial straits as it was, plunked-down their hard-earned money but knew that Ralph wouldn't move the team in this economy, fear couldn't have been the motivator, now could it?
  11. Yeah, that's sure to make him want to come back.
  12. Championship.
  13. My money would be on Jamal Lewis or Edge.
  14. What if they cancel the 2011 draft? Now that would be a hoot! And don't kid yourselves. This move definitely weakens the Patriots. Seymour was a great player for them last year, after a subpar 2007. Sure he might have left in FA, but it still would have been a loss. Good move fleecing the Raiders (yet again) for a 1st, but again that pick won't be coming until 2011.
  15. Conversely, just because the team hasn't made the playoffs in 9 years, it doesn't mean everything they've done is wrong. If you want to continue to waste time trying to predict how this situation will turn out for each team, be my guest. I'll wait until the end of the season, if not beyond, because Peters will have to play at an All-Pro level for at least 3 years. Oh and read the "In the interest of making sure the horse is truly dead" thread for an article on why the Bills ultimately traded Peters. Not to mention how a 90 degree turn in his stance will help keep him from sucking wind at the end of games, and how he'll get the help from RB's and TE's that he never got in Buffalo. Yet he's still "the best LT in football."
  16. Naw, the Bills will just give Walker help, like the Eagles are planning on doing with the $10M/year "best LT in football."
  17. Then stop watching. And posting about it.
  18. I'm sure they knew what was "going to happen" last time around, and promptly got FUBAR'd by the players. I'm sure they have it all figured-out this time around, seeing as how talk of locking-out the players is increasing.
  19. Yeah, like Kraft can predict the future. If he could, he wouldn't have "Krafted" that garbage CBA in the first place. And he has no idea what the NFLPA will do. Especially since they bent the owners over backwards last time around. It was both sad and comical at the same time.
  20. It's not beating a dead horse. Now we know definitively why the Bills traded him. Although Peters apparently doesn't.
  21. Huh? Simmons never played for the Bills. What could he possibly tell Belichick?
