  1. HELL NO. HAMDANS NOT GOING DOWN! PERIOD! HE MAY NOT EVEN TOUCH GRASS UNLESS HE NEEDS TO TIE HIS SHOES. NAH NOT EVEN THAT. THEY STAY TIED FOR HIM.
  2. u r right about the negativity. free will though. skip the negative crap and you will find some positive posters here and there. i am one of them. the love of a team is like love for a family. u love them. but sometimes they mess up/do something they shouldnt have or what have you. but then u love them again once everything is cool again. like right now i am happy with the bills. if they lose the next 6 in a row, i probably will call it a season and move on for a while. then come back before draft.. but sometimes i say stuff that i dont actually go through with. whatever. welcome aboard!
  3. lol. funny. i said they played as if the game meant something like a playoff game. but i dont think our team is playoff bound just yet. but who knows?
  4. 1. anything u say is ok with me as long as u keep your avatar. 2. thanks for the info. i guess since he had such a productive preseason, i was impressed. but u r probably right. if he is not a starter FOR DETROIT???? then the hell with him.
  5. i am so glad the coach disagrees with you. fj stat of the week. 2 yards on 5 carries. i voted 75% lynch/25% jackson
  6. more like serious problem. all balls do not end up in the endzone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they should field the punts. better than letting the opposite team down on the 3 yard line.
  7. dont we all? j/k. because our offense sucks so bad, its a pleasure to see the special team and defense playing good.
  8. now imagine how our team would be if the offense started clicking as well....
  9. we couldnt stop the run. we all wanted throws. i hope just the same.
  10. there is always so much negativity about our beloved bills. i am glad we finally have some great reasons to be happy. even if its just a few weeks. besides the out of bounds kick off, our special teams was great! all around we were great. 1. moorman punting inside the 20 2. punt coverage, great 3. kick off coverage, great 4. tackling, right on target. it seems like once the kitten player got the ball, he was on the floor in 2.4 seconds. 4.a obviously the great open tackles gave the kittens bad field position. had our special teams not been so special, the game could have gone the other way.... just so happy i have something good to say about our beloved team. hopefully they can keep it up.
  11. i enjoyed the jets game. it was nasty. but i did. i celebrated up and down my hallway. my kids laughed their butts off. my wife said, "i am happy that u are happy" (she has witnessed me in a loss) but i really enjoyed the defense vs carolina. our offense wasnt really doing much. lets start with the obvious. they gave up yards. they gave up long runs. many passes. i am with you argument guy (cuz i know you're coming) but as a total team they were great. 1. they held a potent offense to just 2 fiel goal attempts for 3 quarters (people its the same team. delnomey is just a little off. but they still have talent hidden somewhere) 2. they made stops when they needed to, to force punts. 3. ints 4. crucial sacks and pressure 5. this is the one where i may be murdered on the board. MAYBE NOT. THEY WERE PLAYING AS IF IT WAS A PLAYOFF GAME. high intensity. after the ball. aggressive! exciting! it was like the 00 ravens wearing a bills uni. i didnt see a lazy defense like i always do. i just hope they keep it up.
  12. 1. our dends have been playing decent. clutch sack indeed. 5. i still love the guy. u r right though. hes dropping needed receptions. he messes up. then he catches a wild throw...oh well. at least we have evans. 6. i loved the fact that lynch showboated in the first td. it was a thing of beauty to me. he was going to walk in LIKE A PIMP!!! then he saw the db and put on the afterburners in 1.2 seconds to score. we need some more ball hogs (byrd), jokers (lynch), showboats (lynch). this is no beauty contest people. this is not for the faint hearted. 7. fox is a stupid coach. his run game was great. why he decided for a fgoal??? dumb. i hate to give credit to chumps. but bellycheat would have gone for it (and got it) 8. byrd is a ball hawk. its in his name. of course he will be the bomb! 12. +++1! 13. finally some good reasons to be excited for. 14. our defense while they gave up yards were super agressive (on tv/did not attend game). i hope someone can back me up on this. while it was the sam defense, they acted different. like they wanted to win. what a concept.
  13. neither are good..... 1 qb stepped in AS A BACK UP and won 1st game. 1 qb won his first official start. dont understand how we are dogging my boy fitz. how can we expect hall of fame #s from a guy who has been practicing with the 2nd team all year????? lets give fitz a break. please. dont get me wrong, i will talk smack about fitz once he starts losing multiple games like trent. but since he is actually delivering the strikes needed for a win, i'm a fan!
  14. how about the fact that he went 2 yards on 5 attempts. that equals .4 yards a carry. lets give all 4 downs to fj. he would total that grand total of 1.6 yards. yipeeeee!!!! not even 2 yards.... hip hip hoorrrrayyyy. i'm no coach either. but this time dick got it right!
  15. texans not easy @ titans (we could b the team to give titans their first win) @ jaguars (road game) we barely beat them last year... while of course i would love 6-4. it could b the other way. the losing end of the stick. that's buffalo.... we could be 3-7. i really hope not!
  16. unfortunately u probably are too optimistic. 1. texans may put us back in reality. a nasty loss at home. 3-5 2. @tenn, we could be the sucky team to give titans their first win. yes, we are that dreadful sometimes. 3-6 (season basically over...) having said all that, i loved the fact that we won 2 in a row!!!!
  17. wow Dan. this is a very insteresting stat. thanks for taking your time to run these #s. really! ps. so after all the data i basically came to this conclusion. trent does not throw deep balls. fitz does. trent dinks and dunks to rbs. fitz doesnt.
  18. the big cat should be more like that smart cat. this is actually correct. comparing total attempts would give u a real #. trent threw 26 long balls (not really long anyway) fitz would have thrown 35 long balls had he had as many attempts as trent. so actually the rumor is not really a rumor. its a fact. fitz throws more deep balls than trent. PERIOD! big cat, u beat me to it....
  19. how many attempts total? example: game 1, 5 deep vs 35 total attempted? that would be considered low. game 7, 6 deep vs 12 tries. that would be considered high. anyway way too much time on your hands simon. thanks for posting.
  20. betting is designed to get the general public to bet. thats the only fact about his theory 1 that is correct. then he or she goes on about popularity. popularity trend maybe a little. popularity of a team. hell no! his 2nd theory where he or she explains technicality as a factor is correct. it starts there. he should have said more like win vs loss record. by the way point spread does not dramatically change from day 1 to last day to bet.
  21. not your option 1 or your option 2. (but more closer to your option 2) 1st popularity has zero % to do with the spread. more like strengh (power ranking), win/loss record, and home field. there are other things that play in determining the spread. the above mentioned are the main ones. example: saints are obviously favored to win vs the rams. (just an example) if the spread was zero. that means the whole world would bet on saints to win straight up and most likely win the jackpot. vegas loses. big time no-no. so automatically the rams are given 10 points based on power ranking and winning record. if the game is in new orleans one would think that the saints would score at least another field goal. give the rams another 3 points so the spread may look this -13 saints/ +13 rams. see how its kind of balanced now. some would bet on saints and some would bet on rams. its kind of even. as far as the kelly days where we were under dogs....couldnt tell ya. didnt bet during those glory days.
  22. u were very vague. this is what u said, "How long are people going to think like that? The QB is the problem." now if i knew u were talking about offense only...then my opinion would have been different. do u think brady on our team would = superbowl? most people would agree that we would still not make it that far.
