I think we need to give Edwards one more year. He was progressing fine last year before the Cardinals game when he got his head bashed in. There are only a few GREAT qbs in the league. I count 2 future HOF QB's, Brady and Manning. (Excluding Farve) I think many of the young QB's are just coached and developed better. Perhaps Losman might have been successful if he were handing the ball of to the BUS (like Big Ben) in his rookie season under the leadership of Cohwer. He built confidence and blossomed into a real NFL player. Are you telling me that Matt Cassell is naturally just better than Edwards?? I think not. I bet Losman OR Edwards could have thrived in the Pats system. Good coaches, good teammates, good front office, and a good owner. I believe Edwards has good teammates. Too bad he lacks the rest. Fate of being a Bill could have ruined Losman's and Edwards career.

As a Bills fan who lives in Boston and who has been to every game the Bills have ever played at Gillette........... I'll take the Pats And be laughed at again as I walk out of the stadium with my Thurmanator jersey on. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!! Lets go Bills.

I couldn't agree more. A northeast outdoor team needs to be able to run. They need to have depth. This is very troubling to me.

I don't care what most teams do. I look at the good teams. They all have depth at RB. Good teams keep 4-5 RBs. Don't get me wrong. The only good things about Rhodes was that he was a proven pro player and put in the time in Rochester to at least know what is going on. He certainly did not impress. I hope they pick up someone serviceable to get through the first 3 games.

Not to mention they only of 2 RB's for the first 3 weeks. What the F#%*

Hello all, I am new to actually posting but I always enjoy reading this page. I had to sign in so one of you could answer my question. Are they serious?? 2 RB's??? While I liked Jackson last year, he is still a bit unproven. Omon looks good Vs 3rd stringers in preseason. How will he look Vs the Pats next week? Regardless, it would not matter if the 2 RB's were Walter Payton and Barry Sanders. An NFL team needs more than 2 RB's. Look at teams that are good. The Pats kept 5. Steelers & Titans kept a bunch. What the F#*% Notice also how the winning teams don't list depth charts until the season starts. Can someone please tell my what is going on!!!!!

I agree, the NBA has an exciting product now. Perhaps I am wasting my time telling that too western New Yorkers. I am a western NYer living in Boston and I have to say I got pretty swept up in the Celtics championship run. I figure I hate the Pats so much but I feel as a Boston resident that I should support at least on Boston team. Only a handful of Sundays left until regular season football. Can't wait. Go BILLS!!

Bad move. Edwards will end up counting on Reed as he will be open. ALso a great blocker. I bet Lynch and Jackson don't want to trade Reed. When he takes out a saftey down field, that could be the difference between a 20 yard gain and taking it to the house. As much as I love Roscoe, we have McKelvin to handle some return duty.
