  1. I know he's got issues, along with the station, about the Bills. That's fine, but there's more to Buffalo sports than debating the Sabres and having mock drafts. Just the other day, after Ernie Harwell passes, he asks aloud if Harwell was indeed great. I've since turned him off, because it's flat out unlistenable radio at this point. Granted, we're between major sport seasons, but if we've got to debate if Harwell was good and have an announcer draft, then they're not worth it.

    Exactly.

    Schopp doesn't really like sports.

He likes trivia, and collecting and can probably tell you who hit the most doubles in 1984.

A sports geek... not a sports fan.

Which is fine... unless of course you happen to host a sports talk radio show.

  2. I don't believe in "injury prone".

    What does it really mean?

    I believe sh*t happens.

    Sometimes it's just bad luck.

    Is Eric Wood injury prone?

How could he have avoided his injury?

If he gets injured next year- is he injury prone?

    Was Bo Jackson injury prone?

    Joe Theisman?

    Luck.. fate... fitness... yes..

    Injury "prone", IMO..

    No.

  3. During the season and all through the off season the sports media has trashed the Bills "O" Line from afar. You would think one of the media would seek out, say Demetrius Bell, and ask him his opinion on weather or not he can successfully be the starting LT for the Bills. I don't mean to single out Bell, for that matter, I would like to hear the opinion from each lineman as to weather or not they feel they can sucessfully be a starting lineman for the Bills in the 2010 season.

What do you expect them to say?

"No, I suck, there is no way I should be starting in the NFL".

    C'mon man.

  4. You rock!!

Then stay away from threads like this. Go to one of the negative Nelly threads. This is for true fans!! <_<

    Uh, excuse me.

    True fan?

    Is that like true American?

    Find a cheerleading forum.

True fans cheer, critique and criticize when necessary.

    :rolleyes::lol::lol::wallbash::wallbash::wallbash:

  5. I agree with not grading the draft. But Spiller was a big need pick? Well I guess they needed something to get the asses into the seats at the Ralph this season with no TO-ish FA signing. And a talented "waterbug" will certainly do that more than any lineman. So unless you meant that, I'm not sure what big need you feel a RB fills on this team.

Have you seen the Bills' offense the last EIGHT FREAKIN' YEARS?!!

    Well, have ya?

Brian Bulaga or a guy who can score anytime he touches the ball- from ANYWHERE on the field?

    Can't make plays without playmakers.

Any RB doesn't fill a need- C.J Spiller does.

  6. Don't.

    You don't know anything.

    Neither do I.

The NFL- the people who do this for a living- miss on a LOT of players.

I know this-Spiller should be the most exciting player the Bills have had in a long time.

    And that's a good thing.

BTW, Spiller WAS a need pick- a big need.

  7. That has been the worst crime to the fans! Not just losing, but being BOOOOOORRRRIIINNNGGGG!!!!!!!

The games have sucked for years. If the Bills are just gonna lose anyway, the could at least be entertaining. I would much rather watch them lose 45-35 and have a 4-12 record, than sit through these dull, lifeless, field-goal battles. The Bills having beendragging other teams down to their own pitiful level BUT STILL LOSING! It has truly sucked.

    Exactly.

How bout' the Shout song when the Bills' get a first down?

  8. With the addition of Spiller into the backfield, could Fred Jackson be moved out to WR? Last year they used him spread a fair amount of time and coaches stated "he was one of the best route runners they had". He clearly has hands and is very versatile. Given our "loaded" backfield and questionable WR depth - I could forsee Gailey featuring Spiller and find a way to keep Jackson on the field. Thoughts?

He could be, but he won't.

    Why?

Because he's a running back and you can also throw him passes.

    "He clearly does have hands".

    Right.

    And left.
