IIRC, there is some data that does support the theory certain inmates get harassed more than others. Among those are pedophiles, snitches, and ex-law enforcement.
That is also dependent on the prison itself.
Does that mean a pedophile has a higher chance of being killed in prison? Not really.
The overall factor of new inmate survival depends on how fast they acclimate to prison life, and whether or not they hook up with a group or gang (strength in numbers).
However, the less desirable an inmate is to the gangs, the more likely he will be left to defend for himself.
As a pedo, he most likely survives. As pedo AND a snitch? He won't be making friends anytime soon in prison.
I wasn't suggesting for him to be killed. That's too easy. I would rather see him spend the rest of his miserable life in prison being raped, harassed, and tortured.
It is being in those groups that get you in trouble. If you stick to yourself it usually works out ok.
He will be in protected custody with other men over 60 who have already generally done many years and just want to be left alone r short timers who do not want trouble.
As far as people knowing about him and bothering him it depends how available he makes himself. I disagree with the study but agree that some do have it rougher. But I believe that is more to the inmate then his charge which gernerally reflect his character.

I used to drive through Sylvania to get to school at Michigan. I bought this drink card at a gas station called Barney's--for $5 I got 20 free fountain drinks. I thought I made out like a bandit. I sit here 10 years later with the card in my wallet, and 17 free drinks to go.
Thats your problem. You should have drove thru Lima not Sylvania. The better school is the other direction.

At the gym I took a chick home and ...well, yeah...within 4 hours of meeting her all because she was a preacher chick. Heck, we went behind the gym and had fun, too. Went to Harvard or some Ivy league school in theology. I even told her I am an athiest. She was actually more attactive then imagined.

Nah. Just throw his azz into the general population, and let the inmates know what he did. Then spread the rumor he snitched before and is willing to snitch on anyone about anything so he can get special confinement.
One other thing, when the screaming starts, don't look back.
He will never go to gen pop. He will likely be in pc with other. If he goes to gen pop everyone will find out what he did...they always do...and then, likely, nothing happens. Quit watching prison movies and shows.

Two stories.....
1) When I worked at the grocery store I owned a Toyota MR2, and one of the other guys owned a Mazda RX7. Whenever we saw someone that did the "take two spots" parking job, if we had time, and there was room, we'd go move our cars on either side, leaving room for them to get in of course, but still parked close enough to make them consider not doing it again.
2) Christmas at the mall parking with my two brothers. We're in the parking garage trying to find a spot, and it seems everyone is taken. My brother that was driving was about to give up when I told him to go back down this one aisle. At the end was a Ford Escort hatchback taking up two spots. Myself and my other brother get out, and working on one side of the car, we'd lift and push it until it slid over enough to get my brothers car in the spot. If we wanted to be really mean, we could have kept pushing it over between two support columns, but it was Christmas.
Next time put blocks under the tires. They'll be stuck.

I'd take Dwan over Troup at this point. Dwan Edwards is a solid player who plays consistent football and has shown he can play an entire game. Troup is still young and learning but it is debatable if he is progressing. Dwan will make the team over Troup, and I wouldn't be surprised to see him bumped in to DT some. We won't be a cold-hard 4-3. We will switch.

Meh, I wil have to toil over this in my head but I really do not think it's a big deal. We will still run a hybrid system. We will still have the 3-4 at times and I am sure we will use Nickel a lot similar to what we have in the past because unfortunately it is our best defensive front.
We never should have left the 4-3 and only got more versatile players.

He gave Buffalo some character. He made the game a little fun and we had more tears then laughs this year. Sure it was bone headed sometimes but it'd also hypocritical to celebrate Aaron Rodgers belt or Tebow Tebowing and see this different.

I didn't know Toledo had upper-middleclass burbs. No offense, but from my experience going to or driving through Toledo, it feels like the armpit of Ohio, even beating out Youngstown for that honor, imo.
perhaps it is best put as communities in the burbs. Ottawa Hills is probably considered the most exclusive, the old west end is pretty nice, Sylvania, Perrysburg both have their own little parts that are better then just middle class. From Ann Arbor, take 23 South and Sylvania is the first exit. While not much around the exit if you drive West you will find many nice communities. Perrysburg is down 75/23 before Bowling Green.

edit: If those were some of his best livestock and they were registered Hereford for seedstock they could have been worth well over $3,800. Amazingly, something that will still only go for $1/lbs. will sell for tens, sometimes hundreds of thousands...most don't ever realize that.
